I cannot speak highly enough about the service I receive at Loyalty Chevrolet Cadillac. In contrast, working with our service advisor, Kaitlyn Ussery, has been an absolute pleasure. She always fits us in quickly, clearly explains what needs to be done, and executes flawlessly. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about keeping our costs reasonable, and we trust her completely. Brought my truck in for inspection, oil change and 50,000 mile maintenance. Was having an issue with sluggish starts and asked them to check it out. Dropped the truck off Monday afternoon (appointment was for 1:30 Tuesday). Got a call at 9 am Tuesday explaining the issue with the truck. Received a follow up call at noon telling me the truck was ready for pick up. Mallory Bishop does an excellent job explaining everything. Only issue I have is the diagnostic fee of $199.00. If I am letting you do the work, the diagnostic fee should be waived. If I am taking it somewhere else for a second opinion then charge the fee. Other than that, excellent job Loyalty Chevrolet!!!
