Will Jordan has been my Corvette mechanic for many years and he inspected and took care of some codes for me. I can not say enough about Will Jordan's mechanical abilities...Not sure what i would do without Will Jordan...probably sell my Corvette. He has worked on it for years and years. Loyalty CC has kept some of the employes from the buyout of Holiday Cadillac, and that is nice in that the "hometown" feel is there in part. What I have noticed is that the attention to the customer in sma of Holiday Cadillac, and that is nice in that the "hometown" feel is there in part. What I have noticed is that the attention to the customer in small things is disappearing which gives the company a tenor of being more corporate, i.e. service to the corporation, company or entity rather than the customer. An easy example is after service the car had a cool bottle of H2O sitting in the cupholder. It is insignificant to the service mechanically, but no insignificant otherwise. That does not happen anymore. The other simple example would be the waiting area. Free hot drinks is nice, and that is still there. Snacks you have to pay for. I'd rethink that if I was loyalty. The service counters are manned by very polite and efficient ladies and gentlemen. I like that set up with the payment done right there rather than a separate office to do payments and another for service as it used to be with Holiday. prices for service may be industry standard, but are high for simple jobs like oil changes and wiper blades. That gives anyone the impression that the cost of other jobs will be similarly high. Free state inspections are great I go to Loyalty most times for service because it is 5 minutes from my house and I bought several cars from that location in the past and my company bought cars there as well. But these days we are looking for the best deal , coupons and other lures that get me through the door. The close location to my home is one lures, but there isn't a whole lot more. Summarizing, what Loyalty gives me as a customer seems less than the importance of executing admin processes and loyalty to the company ethos. More

From the time I set my appointment, to Michael my shuttle driver to work and Tylyer Mitchell in the Service Department everything was superior service!
