I did not have a great experience at Keith Pierson Toyota. We ended up buying a 2026 Grand Highlander and that experience was poor. We had to come back in and resign papers because of clerical errors, had to return to get the all-weather floor mats, but the biggest complaint was when we tried to get numbers on a second car purchase - a Camry. We simply wanted to get an idea of the monthly purchase/lease payments and the sales guy repeatedly refused to give us numbers 'because the car was not on the lot'. Eventually they gave us some ridiculous numbers of a mid-trim package ($4k down at $750 per month with no trade). The salesman then asked me if I knew where the exit door was...My wife and I were stunned! More

We were promptly greeted. Original goal was to test drive, but ended up new Toyota owners! Kennedy and Julian were very helpful in getting us a car that met our criteria. We were interested in a new Rav4, but not crazy about the colors offered. We also didn't want a black interior which is so hot in Florida's summers. They showed us a Crown Signia SUV that met our criteria (this car was not even on our radar, but it's highly rated by Consumer Reports). Took it for a spin and loved it. They offered us a good trade in for our 2017 Highlander. We didn't have the Highlander with us and title was in safe deposit. This was on a Thursday. Couldn't get back to dealer until Monday, so Kennedy drove our new car to the house about 30 miles away and picked up the Highlander which saved us an extra trip to Orange Park. Start to finish, this experience took only three hours which was great. They went the extra mile. More

Overall great service, although the lady who works in the cafe is extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the woman who works there asked for a simple bowl and the cafe lady goes completely off on her sayi cafe is extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole waiting room could hear her going off on this woman and everyone looked extremely confuse over it being a simple bowl…. There were plenty up there as well. To abruptly go off on this woman makes it seems as though she’s mentally unstable and not fit to be interacting with people. She doesn’t even really acknowledge the customers either. Super strange experience but good other than that. More
