We 1st met Matt Lubbers in 2006 and had a great experience with him. We decided to come back again and had another wonderful transaction again this time. I would HIGHLY reccomend for anyone to go to him to buy a new or used car. He wont give you any bs and he will get you the best deal possible. He's honest and works to get what you need for what you can afford. Can't go wrong by having him as your salesmen. The car buying experience is simplified at Lubber's, thus I purchase 1-2 vehicles there every 3-4 years. You get a

In December I unfortunately had to get some engine work done on my '07 Suburban. The folks in the service department were very professional. The service desk lady, Pam, was very patient in explaining what was involved. I may be old-fashioned but I was impressed that she knew as much as she did! It ended up being an expensive repair that I had no choice but to do, but it really made me feel better about it the way she worked with me. I will definitely refer my friends to Lubbers.

We have bought two cars from Lubbers in the past three years. Also from the same salesman and same finance manager. When we made our first purchase from Lubbers we needed to trade in a big 4 x 4 F-150. My husband has broken his hip and we were still a little bit upside down. We talk to the big Ford dealers in Wichita. All wanted an arm and leg to get us out. Lubbers helped us and even brought the paperwork 100 miles away for my husband to sign because he wasn't able to get up in the pickup and go to the dealership. Lubbers is awesome and I think finding some of the same employees there years later shows the value of this dealership.

We were looking for a used vehicle when we found Lubbers Auto Group in Hutchinson, Kansas. This auto group advertises that they are for the people and we have seen first hand that they stand by their word. We have had some misfortunes recently and our credit has not been very good. Ken, the sales man, was very positive and never once did we feel degraded for having poor credit. Tom, the manager, worked hard on getting the fiancing done. Our worst moment was when we thought we would have a high payment on a 2004 Mountaineer with over 100,000 miles. Tom went to bat for us and found another finance company who lent us a little more money and for a longer period of time. We drove home today in 2011 Chevy Malibu with only 22,000 and $150.00 less on the payment. We would recomment this company to anyone. One happy family, we are!!!

Drove 26.5 miles to get my oil changed. Told me 2.5 hours.
Mechanics didn't look busy. No customer consideration,dirty shop,not organized,hap hazard attitude. Managed to get my nitrogen checked in my tires, after telling them twice, it's nitrogen, not air.
I bought this vehicle new, from their dealership. Will not by another from them.

I love working with these people. They always seem to bend over backwards to help me. I am greeted with a smile on every visit. I own a 2007 Mustang GT Convertable and it had a bad top and my local dealer (mel hambelton) refused to fix it under warranty, Lubbers steped up to the plate and got me a brand new top and it was replaced under warranty. A big thanks to Doug and Tim at Lubbers!!!

this review is a mixed review. so ill be as clear as possible to seprate the negitive from the positive.

Lubbers hutch positive- Ken was my sales person and he is a very good person to work with. Id tried to buy a car from him a few times before and never could find something i liked. he kept in touch with me and finally we found a car i liked. the buying process was simple and easy, the f/i guy made things go smooth.

lubbers hutch negitive- first im payin 11k for a 6k car. wtf?? they mark the cars up so much your upside down till its paid off!!if you find a car u like dont plan on havin anything fixed with out a fight. they told me its a used car and to deal with it. when i complained some more they wanted to find me someting else. the lady who is incharge of payments is the most rude person ive ever delt with. I got hurt a work and had a short paycheck, when i called to make an arrangement she said ok but that i wouldnt get a code so i could keep driving my car untill i got caught up on my payments. she told me i shouldnt have bought a car if i couldnt afford it. didnt get to buy grocries that week cause i need my car to commute to work. shows how much they care. the other lady is really nice but isnt incharge of that stuff. so now i call all my payments in so i dont have to deal with the rude lady.

lubbers cheney-DONT EVER GO THERE. IF YOU DONT HAVE GOOD CREDIT THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. took my car in to have the problem they said didnt exist fixed and got it back with damage. did they want to own up to their mess up?? nope, go figure. had to make a claim on my insurance to get it fixed. they were all buddy buddy till they found out i was on buy here pay here, then they treated me like a garbage rat.AND THEY HAD ME SIGN A PAPER SAYING THEY HAD NO KNOWLAGE OF THE CAR BEING A FLEET OR RENTAL. LOOKED AT THE OWNERS BOOK AND THERE WAS A BIG HERTZ STICKER ON THE FRONT!!! they lie the the sun is hot.

over all-if you got good credit go for it and buy a car from them great place to blow your 401k. if your credit sucks, go some where else.this dealership is not worth the paper the deal is written on. i plan on refinancing my car asap with someone else.
