My Review of Lucas Honda of Jacksonville:
As of now I am rating this poorly due to the poor customer service I have been recieving as of late... My sales person was fine, but I noticed the car I bought had an alignment issue and have been calling to have the issue resolved but they keep on telling me thats its inherent to the car which is total bs. I cant reach my sales person and the Used Car Manager Mr. Austin doesn't seem to think its very important. When and IF this issue is resolved I will re-rate this dealer but as of now I am displeased with the service I have been recieving...

I recommend this dealership for service and repair. I was a upset customer dealing with some crooks form another car dealership in valdosta ga(krill sunny honda)dont ever buy a car or get service from them. The people at lucus honda was very nice and helpful! They have earned themselves a customer for life!!! I highley recommend this dealership for anything

My Review of Lucas Honda of Jacksonville:
Deal directly with the internet manager. I gave him my best offer I found online and he was able to beat it by $300. I own 3 Honda's and have had all service done here - they fix everything the first time around. Lucas doesn't play games they give you their best the first time around. They will not be happy until you are happy.
