CLK 63 Black Series In March of this year I inquired about a MercedesAMGBlack series CLK. I spoke with Mike Salerno who was very helpful. The car looked great in the pics In March of this year I inquired about a MercedesAMGBlack series CLK. I spoke with Mike Salerno who was very helpful. The car looked great in the pics and he assured me it was as good as it looked. He had his shop do a complete inspection (at no cost to me) on the car and we agreed on a price. Then he got me a very fair price on an extended warranty and on shipping to California. When the car arrived, I was so impressed. Mike actually under promised and over performed. I LOVE That! I buy a fair number of "collector" type cars and when you are buying "sight unseen"this was far and away the best experience I've ever had with a dealer. When I buy in the future I will definitely use them as they obviously can be trusted. Thanks, Mike! More

Car buying made easy! Not every dealership is the same, that statement is true because not every dealership has salespeople like Mr. Mike Salerno. I found the car I wanted Not every dealership is the same, that statement is true because not every dealership has salespeople like Mr. Mike Salerno. I found the car I wanted online and I took a trip to Lucky Motors to see it. When I walked into the sales floor I was greeted with a smile, The person who assisted me, I wish I had obtained his name, treated me with respect and listened to what I had to say. He went and personally told Mr. Salerno that there was a customer waiting. Mike came up to me and asked me what is what that I was looking for. I told him of the vehicle I had seen online and he went to obtain the keys immediately. Once he obtained the keys, he brought the vehicle to me. He wanted me to take a look at the entire vehicle before we went any further, he wanted to ensure it was exactly what I expected. We then got in the car and went for a test drive. During the test drive, Mike told me more about the vehicle and its features, he also listened to my thoughts on the performance of the vehicle. Once we got back to the dealership we started the negotiations. Mike did not make me wait hours while he went back and forth acting like he was getting me a good deal, he ensured I knew everything which was occurring while I waited a few minutes between each response. I ended up buying the vehicle I had gone if for. When I went to sign the paperwork, there was another smile awaiting me, I unfortunately I forgot that gentlemen's name. He too treated me the way a customer should be treated, like a human being. I am very happy I found Lucky Motors and that I had one of the greatest car buying experiences. More

A Different Kind of Experience I think that the most universally disliked part of buying a vehicle is the perception that the dealer is going to "apply the salesman pressure" to get I think that the most universally disliked part of buying a vehicle is the perception that the dealer is going to "apply the salesman pressure" to get you to buy a vehicle. I have bought many cars and I have met these types of dealers, although I have never purchased a car from them. Through my past car buying experiences I have met and bought from dealers who do business differently than that. Lucky Motors is definitely the type of place that I will continue to buy from. Just 2 weeks ago I purchased a car from Lucky Motors and more specifically Mike at Lucky Motors. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests for a third party inspection, records pertaining to the car and the minor things I would need to be done to the car prior to my purchase. Not only was he willing to comply with my requests, he personally drove the vehicle to a third party that I set up for an inspection. I spoke with technician who inspected the vehicle and received his inspection report which I then provided to Lucky Motors, They had the items on the list fixed at their expense. Further, the week after I purchased the car the window regulator broke. This is not all that uncommon of a repair and it happens to cars often, but the point was that it unfortunately happened a week after my purchase. I called Mike to see if he could have it looked at and he again complied. Not only did he have it looked at, he had it repaired and absorbed the entire cost other than $200. That may seem like a lot but the part was for a Maserati and it was MUCH more expensive than that. The simple truth is that Mike nor the dealer was under any obligation to do this. I am sure that this sounds like an "inside review", but I can assure you that it is not. I am just very appreciate of businesses and people like this. All too often only the bad things are conveyed. I want to make sure that when businesses and people act in a manner that warrants more business that I do what I can to help that. Lucky Motors and Mike will always be a dealer that I purchase from in the future. More
