I utilized TrueCar website in search of vehicle I wanted and received an offer from Lute Riley Honda. I arrived at the dealership and was directed to Sales Consultant Javed Tarafder. He was very polite, k and received an offer from Lute Riley Honda. I arrived at the dealership and was directed to Sales Consultant Javed Tarafder. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained vehicle options in great detail. They honored the TrueCar price which was below their sales tag price. Finance Manager Christina Bernd was very pleasant and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. This dealership was no pressure, informative, transparent, and did not try to pull any deceptive practices. There was no typical back and forth haggling over sales price and bouncing from salesman to sales manager to store manager. This was my third Honda purchase and my best purchase experience thusfar. If you are interested in a Honda purchase in the Dallas, TX area, then you should run to this dealership and snag a year end deal for yourself. Javed and Christina are assets to this dealership and should be commended. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and trust my future vehicle service in their hands. More
Service Disappointed - I went in on Saturday morning to have my windshield wiper blade inserts replaced. First their express service was being redirected to their main service lanes due to construction. (T have my windshield wiper blade inserts replaced. First their express service was being redirected to their main service lanes due to construction. (Thats ok). Then I had someone put a number on my car and I let him know what I needed. I waited 15 mins for a service advisor to come around and ask me (again) what I needed done. When I told him that I needed wiper blade inserts, he told me to just go to parts and do it myself. I explained that I had tried to DIY it before and it was difficult for me. He said well it's going to be well over an hour for us to do it and was very unhelpful. I left and drove straight to Rusty Wallis. I went to their express service. Told the porter my reason and he assigned a number. The service advisor Julian, was very prompt and said that they would have to charge me an install fee for the inserts, or I could walk over to parts, buy the inserts and he would do install it without a fee. I went to parts, the insert was out of stock! No worries, the helpful parts advisor gave me a discount on replacement blades. Purchased the blades, took them back to Julian in Express and he installed and had me on my way. Rusty Wallis showed that they cared about me as a customer. Lute Riley is further from my home, but I have been loyal to them since 1999. However Rusty Wallis is closer and now that I was forced to go there by Lute Riley, I'll likely continue to go to Rusty Wallis. Customer service and friendliness matters Lute Riley! More
