My Review of Lute Riley Honda:
When I went in to purchase a vehicle, I told AK, who I belive is the used car manager, what my budget was and what I wanted. He gave me a few options, but none of them fit what I needed. He kept pushing me to see cars that were way above my price range, and was extremely rude after I went and looked at cheaper vehicles on the lot, and told him which vehicle I wanted. He told me a price and my payments, but whe I got into the finance office, he had added 2k to the selling price, calling it dealer fees. I blew up on the finance person, Matt Noel, who did correct the situation, kudos to him, and I purchased the car I wanted. I WILL NOT PURCHASE AT LUTE RILEY AGAIN.

My Review of Lute Riley Honda:
WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER. With a chekc in hand, I recently drove from Fort Worth to Lute Rley Honda in search of the 2007 CR-V. I had been dealing with Alan Cooper on the phone and upon arrival he handed me off to another salesman. I told the salesman exactly what we wanted. They took my car keys for a trade-in appraisal, while we looked at a vehicle. The dealership did not have what we wanted, but they tried to high pressure us into buying what they had in stock. After bring me back an estimate on my vehicle trade-in of $1500 less than any other dealer offer I had received, I told them we would not be able to do business. They came up $500 more. This was a true insult. They abosrbed my time and after almost 2 hours of constant pressure I told them I just wanted my car keys so I could go. Alan Cooper then came over and tried to make me feel guilty for the time they spent on a vehicle that was not what I wanted. I had to tell them several times that I would just like my keys so I could go. He became angry and irritated after I demanded my car keys. He then had the nerve to call me on my drive home wanting to know what he could do to make the deal. I informed him that under NO circumstances would I ever deal with Lute Riley Honda.

My Review of Lute Riley Honda:
Told me on the phone they had "plenty of" Civic Coupe LX Manuals in stock. Checked twice, was even given a VIN. Set up an appointment. Went there, was early, and was told they didn't have any left. They tried to sell me a more expensive model (EX). Then the manager came (didn't catch his name) and he tried to force my hand by telling me that I would not be allowed to purchase the lower model without certain very expensive options, so I might as well get the EX, or pay for a location fee for the LX. He was extremely rude and aggressive. Would definitely not recommend.

My Review of Lute Riley Honda:
I was given a major runaround by them.
I called in prior to dropping my Accord off for service and I was told that I could be picked up and dropped off to my home. The service was to take 3 hours.

After I dropped the car off, I was told that they do not travel to my area, something that I had been told they could do. After pleading my case with the driver he got a managers approval for a drop off but no pickup. I was happy to make it home but I would have to get a taxi to get back.

I called the service rep I worked with (Terry?) about the pick up situation and for any updates on my car. He never called back to let me know the status of the progress or to give me any options as to pick up my car. I got a hold of a friend who drove me down to pick up my car.

About 4 hours passed since I dropped off my car and it was not ready. It took about 20 minutes before he finally talked to me and he said it would be another hour before the car was ready.

The car was ready about 2 hours later. Then when it came time to check out Terry wanted to charge me for an item that was under warranty. I was tired so I agreed to pay it and never come back. The Parts Manager refused to let me pay for it and he chased down Terry and made him fill out the paperwork so that I would not have to pay it. He was also nice enough to come out to my car and install the part. Kudos to him!!! He was the only person there that I was happy to work with that day.

That evening on the local news there was a report on Lute Riley Honda's sales department and the report was not favorable.

I now go to McKinney Honda and I am a happy customer there.

My Review of Lute Riley Honda:
This experience was miles above David McDavid, however, the sale took 8 HOURS!! I was late to work and got pushed around...it was ridiculous!! They tried to get me to lease a car that is 20000 with t.t.l. for over 30000!! They are crazy!! I don't think buying a car should be that painful. But at least they weren't completely rude rednecks like David McDavid in Irving.

My Review of Lute Riley Honda:
Brought car in to install security system, was promised rental for the day. Rental not given when we dropped it off so we waited for install to be finished. Finance Manager dragged his feet to respond to our request to cancel the 7yr/100k warranty we bought, had to repeatedly request/concact him. So far though, the service department hasn't done anything wrong to the car yet, especially when we had to replace the tranny(under warranty), it drove like it was brand new after replacement.
