My wife and I were pleased with Wes's approach as we searched for a new car. He answered our questions with knowledge and an attitude that said he was working for us. The prices were well below all the Twin City dealers sites I had been looking at on line so I decided to go to St Cloud. It is closer to where I live anyway so I was pleasantly surprised by the large inventory- so many choices- it was great! I really like the fact that the website prices the cars out on all leases. Hate to think someones trying to take advantage of me like when I go to other dealerships. The service department worked to get our car in to work on a few items also before we took our car home. We appreciated the Luther Website for viewing used cars and their features and all of the information up front. We also appreciated that each car in their lot has a tag in the window stating year, model, mileage and pricing, with the detailed features on the side window. Everyone that we worked with and met were very professional, personable, knowledgable, helpful and really seemed to enjoy their job. They made a normally stressful time for us much easier.
