Patrick, As you mentioned ever time you reached out to our owner he responded with even offering to buy the car back even after you already requested a settlement that we handled as requested. Not sure what else you can ask of a dealership that is selling a used vehicle we obviously try our best as you stated and when we make a mistake we make it right. This review seems a little rough for a store that offered to buy the vehicle back and was been here at every step of your purchase process trying to make you happy. Hopefully in the future we can earn your business in the future again!

After reading your response, I would rate your company a zero. I have no idea what you are talking about as to "a settlement". I hope that others that buy a $140,000.00 vehicle are not surprised when they open the glove box and the light fixture is totally missing or they look at the drivers side foot panel and see that the speaker grill is totally missing! The ash tray was missing, the tow hook grill piece missing, the tow hook missing, the vehicle delivered without being detailed inside and out. The vehicle was a complete mess and has taken hours to restore. Your right, I should of taking the owner up on the offer to buy it back and then sued him in court and filed a complaint with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General's office. I would have sold it back if I was reimbursed for the 6.25 percent sales tax that I had already paid. If you want you can still buy it back for the sale price and the sales tax and then I will be glad to remove the review. Your customers need to know what they are dealing with when contemplating a purchase. You will never earn my business in the future because you have to show that your company earned it.

Patrick, I think your statement sums your treatment of other up, "Your right, I should of taking the owner up on the offer to buy it back and then sued him in court and filed a complaint with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General's office." The "settlement" or "reimbursement" was the first time you brought these items to our attention and came to the agreement that we would pay to have those issues resolved as you noted and in doing so you agreed the items were settled and there would be none of this online "Keyboard Vigilante" non-sense. Being a company of our word we did so, but did you? The interior being detailed and such was completed prior to shipping. Once it leaves our hands the car is obviously open for anyone who moves the vehicle to get dirt in it. Obviously the light was our bad and we fixed it but did you ever stop to think maybe the transporter kicked the speaker cover off? No, but it is ok we handled that too. Then you have had the car months and are trying to say we were miss-leading you about some brace being bent? Maybe you bent it? But all of that is water under the bridge, you have shown your true colors in all of these correspondents and pointed out that your word means nothing everything is everyone else's fault. 🤦‍♂️ Maybe next time take the time you spent "restoring" the car and come see it, we are all human and make mistakes and that is why we offered to make it right. Sorry we will not earn your business again by doing everything we said we would do and you not holding up your side. I imagine other will see this and if they feel their word is no good and agreement between two people means nothing I guess we won't earn their business either and we are ok with that. We wish the very best!

Let's face it boys; you guys dropped the ball and unloaded a vehicle without taking the time to go over it or detail the car. It was your company and your employees that let a vehicle be shipped without taking the time to go over it. Your company provides an inferior product in the name of $$. That's ok. I just hope someone else does read this and has second thoughts before making a purchase at your Luxury Auto store. I know that it is right to do the right thing and that this Dealer Rater site is to let people know about their experience and the people that they are dealing with. Money is not the issue here, it is who can you TRUST. I wish you the very best.
