I was told my truck would be ready for pick up in 24 hours for dropping it off for a oil leak . I dropped it off on Monday morning at my scheduled time I gave them to Tuesday evening and it was not read hours for dropping it off for a oil leak . I dropped it off on Monday morning at my scheduled time I gave them to Tuesday evening and it was not ready when I called, I had to be the to check on it daily they never called me to tell me the status everytime I got a excuse after excuse they ran in to unexpected problems and each day then saying it will be ready the next day and now it is seven days and it still is not ready. This is my primary truck and I had to borrow a vechile I was never offered a loaner while mine had been in the shop all week. More
