I contacted Mark Baker over email and went for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the car and did a good job of convincing us it was the right one for us. There were no tricks or particular effort to get a good price. Even better, when I got a price for my trade, the used car manager, Keith, gave me a price that matched what various sites had said the car was worth on trade. Once again there was no hassle or games, just a fair price and the deal was done quickly. The entire sales experience was pleasant and easy. Sure, they tried to upsell the extended warranty and paint protection, but even that was done in a friendly manner without being annoying. I'd absolutely recommend Lynwood Honda to anyone. More
