Excellence I just had my car inspected and an oil change. Robin called to give me a price and also asked when I would like to pick up my car. Repair and Service Brought my MINI in for tailgate module testing with data being forwarded to the BMW home office. Once data was sent a new tailgate module would be installed. After the module was replaced the car was sent to the body shop for repair . All of the service and repair was handled with the utmost professionalism and I am well pleased with the results. I want to thank Anna from the BMW Regional Office for listening to what happened and taking care of the issue with courtesy and respect. I would also like to thank Robin Cox, my Service Advisor, for handling the car from start to finish; the end results were beyond my expectations. Excellent Service I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman. Come to find out it had a number of issues with it. I took my vehicle to Mini of Allentown to have it ch I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman. Come to find out it had a number of issues with it. I took my vehicle to Mini of Allentown to have it checked out and serviced. They found multiple problems with the car which would end up costing me thousands of dollars in repairs. I purchased a warranty through Mini and left my car for service. The expertise and knowledge that the Client Advisor Luis Rodriguez showed me made me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands and that he would help me out any way possible. He and Mini have gone above and beyond any experience I have had with other dealerships. Though I hadn't purchased my mini at the dealership they treat me as if I bought the newest car they had on the lot. I will 100% be making my next purchase there. Having previously worked at a Volkswagen dealership and interacting with other dealerships, Mini of Allentown in my opinion provides the better service I have seen yet so much that I have praised them on social media and recommend them to all of my friends and family.
