My Review of MINI of Concord:
Michael Chavez was AMAZING!!!! I was looking for a very specific MINI and went through a few other dealers that werent able to help me get what I wanted. Michael went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I could expect!! In three days, he located a car for me from a OUT OF STATE dealer, had it shipped over, top painted, sport stripes added, helped me with my complicated financing, and answered hundreds of texts, emails, and calls with genuine excitment to help me fulfill my dream of owning the perfect MINI for me. His support continued well beyond the delievery of my MINI. He continues to call and make sure I am loving my new car, answers any questions I have had, and has been a pleasure to work with. I look forward to coming to Concord to visit Michael and all the incredible staff at Concord Mini during the customer appriciation events this year. Thank you again Michael, for EVERYTHING!

My Review of MINI of Concord:
I went to MINI of Concord (40 minutes from my home) after having three bad experiences with sales staff at the MINI of San Francisco dealership (5 minutes from my home). The dealership manager and a sales associate were available to talk to immediately upon entering the show room. We were able to drive a 2012 Countryman immediately upon arrival. Price negotiation to pre-order the 2012 Countryman with bench seat felt honest and was efficient. The car arrived a week or so after the date estimated but the dealership got the car ready for pick up, including adding JCW stripes, the same day it arrived at the dealership.

My Review of MINI of Concord:
I was thrilled that my experienced buying a used Mini Cooper S was so pleasant. There was no high pressure, just great service. Michael Chavez answered all of my questions and even the ones I didn't know I had. Financing was quick and easy. I love my car. Have received valuable coupons from the dealership that I have used on motoring accessories. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use this dealer again and highly recommend them.

Claro, as always, was extremely helpful. He knows I drive a lot of miles, and he proactively contacted me to let me know that there were very good terms to be had if I wanted to trade in my 2010 Clubman...thus getting me back under warranty. I am now in a 2011 Countryman that is even nicer than my Clubman was, and all for about the same sales payment - thanks Claro!

My Review of MINI of Concord:
Jason Krupa at Mini of Concord, went ABOVE and beyond to inform and explain all of the floor model options. The Countryman sells itself I know, but boy - Jason made the process SUCH an easy and enjoyable process. Best car purchase ever- and We have bought a number of cars over the years. THE BEST ! Mind you - we were dummies and showed up late on Mother's Day - almost at closing time. Jason showed us all the models we were interested in, took his time, offered test drives, talked options - and we left fully informed. As he walked us out we saw him locking up --we asked if he was going on break and he explained that they had actually closed about a half hour before and he was off to cook dinner for his wife and Mom. We felt awful --he never let on - was completely professional, took his time - dealt with other clients besides us efficiently and didn't let on that we were inconveniencing him in any way. He made followup calls just to see if there were any questions or concerns. He made the financing process as smooth and painless as possible getting us a fantastic rate --he walks on water - period. If this is the type of sales staff Mini of Concord keeps on board and supports - then they MUST be an amazing business. The finance person was great, efficient, everything clearly laid out and explained - copies of everything tucked neatly into tidy folder. Seriously, we have never had an easier time while buying a car. They keep this up and we'll run back to buy five more just to deal with such great staff! And oh...do we EVER love our Mini! When we walked in to pick him up, all our options were installed - he was immaculate - and delivery was grand. Thanks Mini of Concord for EVERYTHING!!

Exceptional customer service. All employees were super friendly and helpful - from sales to reception to service to contracts. Great follow-up. Not pushy at all. Very informative. Most fun I've ever had on a test drive. Never thought I'd be a Mini person, but I am now. Love this car. So much fun to drive.

Jason is great - knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. Got us what we wanted at a fair price - for what we wanted, pricing / allowances were less than the two other dealers we checked with in our general area. We bought two cars from him and recommended him to a friend who bought one as well.
