Scheduling easy and the loaner car provided is a breeze. Been servicing my mini here for about 8 years. I have purchased two mini coopers in those years. My 2025 mini countryman has approx 12,300 miles & the service department was not helpful in replacing a tire that was balding. I happily took my car elsewhere, had 4 tires replaced & all is well. I always receive great service and they keep my MINI in good working condition and will continue to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership. I also received great customer service from Heidi who helps good working condition and will continue to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership. I also received great customer service from Heidi who helps me with a loaner vehicle and she goes over all the new functions of the vehicle to make sure I’m comfortable before leaving the dealership.
