I left my sunroof open and my Mini got soaked! I took it to the dealership in Corte Madera, and Orlando helped me and said they would need to dry it out, and I’d have to leave over the weekend. T I took it to the dealership in Corte Madera, and Orlando helped me and said they would need to dry it out, and I’d have to leave over the weekend. This happened on a Wednesday. Jon and Heidi got me a brand new loaner car immediately, and Orlando called me the next day to ask if I had called my insurance company yet! Anyway, the mechanics have been sending films of their work a couple of times a day and Orlando is working with the insurance company so I couldn’t be more grateful. Also, they’ve always been very kind when I’ve dropped by to ask for things like help pairing my iPhone or putting on a Liscense plate, etc. More
