We were met by friendly people! A part took 8 days or so to arrive but because we had the use of a loaner we were not inconvenienced. Mini Portland Customer Service is very good. They follow through and follow up. Needed a loaner while some work was done and Jonah walked me through the checkout while he marked all the "ding and dents" so through and follow up. Needed a loaner while some work was done and Jonah walked me through the checkout while he marked all the "ding and dents" so I would not be responsible. The finished the work early, called me and I picked my car up, returning the loaner so it could be disinfected and ready for another customer the next day. More
