My Mini experience could not have been easier. I checked out the Mini website first to get an idea of what I wanted and then went to the dealer to see the cars and immediately settled on the Clubman (Countr out the Mini website first to get an idea of what I wanted and then went to the dealer to see the cars and immediately settled on the Clubman (Countryman was too big; Cooper not quite enough room). Peter made the test drive a lot of fun and he was right... it's like driving a go-cart! The 2 month wait was absolutely worth it to make sure I got exactly what I wanted - first time I ever ordered a car to my specs and not just settled for something that was on the lot. More

The only complaint that I have was the disregard for some additional accessories that I included in my online build that did not make it than great! They made what could have been a stressful situation of trying to work within a certain budget, simple, frienddly and worry free.
