Best service experience at a MINI dealership to date!!! I am over the moon on h0ow the service adviser Dave Joseph treated my Mini situation. My buddy drove my car for me cross country to TX from VA and got I am over the moon on h0ow the service adviser Dave Joseph treated my Mini situation. My buddy drove my car for me cross country to TX from VA and got stuck about 2 hours away from ST Louis and the car was over heating. We got the car towed to the dealership and had to get the car checked. We already had an idea that the thermostat was going out. Our luck was that the part was no longer used but rather there was a new updated version. Well they did us a solid. The price was high but what isn't when it comes to these cars. They got the car fixed that same afternoon and helped me out in the end. They didn't over charge me but tried to make it as painless as possible. They could have waited till Monday or even Tuesday to attend the car but didn't and finished that Friday. I am glad that God blessed us with such a great team that really cares about their customers. A few weeks ago, that car decided 10.5 years with me was enough and I was back to the d I bought my first Cooper from Mini of STL in the fall of 2007. A few weeks ago, that car decided 10.5 years with me was enough and I was back to the dealership to buy my second one. (It was never a question for me that there would be a #2 when the time came.) Although the timing of #2 was a bit unplanned, Mark and Mary were able to find a car that perfectly fit the few "must-haves" on my list and get the paperwork/financing processed and ready to sign, so that I could take delivery only two days later. Mark made sure to take the time to walk me through the car so I could understand all the features and differences between #1 and #2. Mark and Mary were friendly, professional, and approachable, as everyone I've worked with at the dealership has been. They were both incredibly helpful in answering the questions I had and are more than willing to help answer any others I might come up with. More
