They kept me informed of the status of the repairs and the estimate did not exceed the actual payments. No surprises. Having had multiple terrible experiences — both in service and billing — with another dealership in another city, I was apprehensive about starting anew here. I was wrong. These folks have treated me with courtesy, respect and kindness; (After receiving a jumpstart for my dead battery, I called them to ask about scheduling installation of a new one. "Bring it right over now," they said. "Don't even shut it off, just come. We'll take care of you.") They've also been more than fair on pricing/billing — even searching out two coupons that dropped the cost of my repair by $70. The dealership is clean and attractive, too, with a comfortable waiting area that's conducive to remote work while you're waiting. I'm very glad to have found this dealership. More
My new Mini First of all, this is my 3rd Mini. I had a 2006 2 door Cooper S hardtop, then a 2011 Cooper S Countryman, and as of yesterday I'm the proud owner of First of all, this is my 3rd Mini. I had a 2006 2 door Cooper S hardtop, then a 2011 Cooper S Countryman, and as of yesterday I'm the proud owner of a 2017 CPO - Blaze Red 2 door Cooper S hardtop. You can say I have a bit of an obsession with this car. But it's not only the car. I love dealing with these guys. The service department has always treated me right. I love how you can pull your car right in the enclosed garage and a free loaner is always waiting for you (with an appointment of course). The guys (Dan and Dave) are friendly and keep me well informed. My Countryman was getting up there in miles and starting to have a few issues so I decided it was time to get something that was covered under warranty and we always like to go with certified pre-owned as opposed to new. Our Motoring Advisor was Sam Hall. He was great from the very beginning. Very low key and easy going and never pushy or impatient with us. We test drove 2 cars - probably would have bought one but there were no heated seats!! (first world problems), then left to test drive a couple cars at BMW up the street. Sam was supportive of whatever we wanted to do. Ultimately we returned to Mini and decided on a different car, with heated seats, upon Sam's suggestion. They even switched wheels from another car that we liked better without hesitation. We got a great financing deal and my payments only went up $63 over my Countryman so I was extremely happy with that. This was a pretty dang good day! More

I was wandering around and I started chatting with Kate about the 2018s I had been building online. I asked her a couple of questions and I knew IMMEDIATELY that I would buy a new Mini from her. Kate is a terrific listener and is extremely knowledgeable about the new models -- and past -- so we talked about features and options...and then she located the ideal Mini for me! The car was shipped from another dealership...Kate kept me informed on its progress...and she came in on her day off so I could have the new car quickly. She is smart and energetic and chased down the answers to every question. I've bought 5 Mini Coopers from this dealership and have been delighted with each car, but I would say that working with Kate and her manager Neil has been the best experience of all! More
