Mac Haik Ford Lincoln - Service Center

I was very disappointed with the offer for my car as well as the price for replacement. I received an estimate from Carfax for $ 4000.00 higher than the trade in offer---Carfax proposal came as part of Mac as the price for replacement. My advisor was Sophie Rosa (allegedly). I was told upon checking in that she was my advisor. Sophie was sitting close by, was not busy (except on her phone), did not make eye contact nor I was told upon checking in that she was my advisor. The gentleman that checked me in (Shay Piel) advised my service appointment would take 1 to 1 1/2 hrs to complete. 2 hrs later, I walk outside for some fresh air and I happen to see my vehicle. I walked back inside and the same gentleman (Shay Piel) who checked me in was now the only person at the counter. I asked about my vehicle and he said, "Oh, someone put your ticket on her station and not in the box on the wall." He appologized and immediately began checking me out. Apparently, Sophie was now at lunch. Had I not asked, no telling how much longer I would have been sitting there. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because, Shay was extreemly nice and the actual vehicle service was great (as expected). But since Sophie was my "dedicated" advisor, I do not want her getting credit for the work that someone else had to do on her behalf. More
