Despite my genuine interest in purchasing a new Toyota Sienna and willingness to engage in the dealership's processes, the interaction with Mr. Alvernaz left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and customer service. From the outset, my attempts to ensure transparency and secure a fair deal were met with what felt like unnecessary resistance. When seeking clarity and adjustments to the purchase proposal, including the removal of unwanted aftermarket products and the addition of an extended warranty, the responses provided were often lacking in detail and did not meet my requests for comprehensive information. However, the most challenging aspect of my experience was the direct interaction with Mr. Alvernaz. During our conversation, I sought to address my concerns respectfully and find a mutually agreeable path forward. Instead, the dialogue quickly escalated, with Mr. Alvernaz adopting a confrontational tone. This was surprising and disappointing, particularly as it was my first direct communication with him. His approach not only hindered the resolution of my concerns but also signaled a lack of interest in facilitating a positive customer experience. Ultimately, the conversation concluded with Mr. Alvernaz choosing to cancel my reservation abruptly, a decision that, in my view, reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. This experience has led me to reconsider my choice of dealership for this significant purchase. It is my hope that this feedback serves as a constructive critique, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, effective communication, and customer-oriented service in the automotive sales industry. Working with Samantha was the best experience I could have asked for. I had been looking for a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium in lunar rock for so long and couldn’t find one for the life of me. I was one phone call away from giving up on my dream car and then I called Madera Toyota. Sure enough, they had one coming in! Finding a hybrid is hard enough but in Lunar Rock?! Unheard of!
