Yesterday, we leased a beautiful Crosstour from Madison Honda and we were very pleased with our experience at this dealership. The salesman, Manuel Paez was VERY nice and respectful to us as we discussed Honda and we were very pleased with our experience at this dealership. Manuel knew so much about the features of this car, we were very impressed with his knowledge. We also spoke to one of the Financial Managers, Flava (hope that I spelled her name correctly), and she also was EXCELLENT in answering ALL of our questions in relation to the finances in putting together this lease. We thank Manuel Paez and Flava for making our experience at Madison Honda such a PLEASANT and POSITIVE EFFECT upon my wife and myself. We will definitely recommend MADISON HONDA to our friends for a new and or used car. I don't think the experience could have been any better. I found the salesman, Paul, to be very friendly, helpful, and not at all "pushy". I asked for a specific loan rate based on what the local credit union was offering, and they met it. When I found a couple of minor glitches after purchasing the car, Paul got them resolved quickly and smoothly. I have had very good experiences with Madison Honda in the past (the service and parts departments only, since this is the first car I purchased from them), and the good experience continued with this transaction. Paul was great. I had come in to talk to a sales rep after having gotten an internet quote, and Paul was able to point out every feature of the CR-V as we took a test drive. I had one of my best car buying experiences with Mike at Madison Honda. Mike had given me a call that he had just had a trade in for a car I may be interested in. The following day I went to the dealership Madison Honda. Mike had given me a call that he had just had a trade in for a car I may be interested in. The following day I went to the dealership where I was greeted by Mike and he showed me the car. We went for a test drive and looked over the car thoroughly to ensure that the car was in good condition. After seeing the car we went inside to do the paperwork, most of the time this is a dreadful long process but, at this particular dealer the process went very smooth and very quickly. While doing all the paperwork Mike insisted that I was not allowed to leave with the car until their detailing team had done a full blown everything included detail on the vehicle, which was definitely worth the wait as they had done an amazing job and made the car look better than new. Overall I would absolutely do business with Madison Honda especially if Mike is selling me a vehicle, he is very knowledgeable in all makes and models of cars and was very informative of all that the dealership had to offer in the terms of warranties and service. He turned buying a car into a very pleasurable experience because of his positive and personable personality. I would recommend anyone I know to this dealer as it was my best car buying experience I have ever had. More
