I have been researching cars for several months and I kept going back to Honda. I had a 2002 Civic that I bought brand new and it was great! I decided I really wanted an Accord. The more I researched, the more I kept going back to the Madison Honda dealership. They seemed to have the best inventory as well as prices. My hope was to leave the dealership with a 2013 Black Honda Accord 6 speed manual. And Paul Fuchs and his manager, Jeff Vera, made it happen! They literally went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted! They crunched numbers several times and finally made it happen. I can't tell you how happy I am with my new car! I drive around as if I have the nicest car on the road! I want to thank Paul and Jeff for everything they did to make this happen! I will be sure to rave about them to anyone looking for a new car! I found the vehicle on the Madison Honda website. I made a mistake thinking the vehicle came with navigation. While Paul was showing the vehicle we realized it did not have navigation. After travelling to several car dealers to look at and decide on which car we wanted to buy, we settled on a Camry or an Accord. Consumer Reports. Based on features versus price,concluded that Accord would be the best car to shop for first. Selected this dealer from three offered in the Consumer Reports buying service and based on proximity to home, even though the price was not the lowest bid. (The buying service gave us 3 bids.) The dealership honored the quoted price, although there was a bit of haggling about those "dealer extras", which we turned down. Jacob Feldon and his colleagues were always courteous and professional. They executed the paperwork accurately; the title and license had the correct names. (We've had problems with this at other dealerships in the past.) Overall, it was a successful purchase and would consider going to them again if we wanted another Honda. More
