I received a quote from this dealership of $150 to change the oil, oil filter, and fuel filter on my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500. When they were finished, they presented me with a bill for $350. Found a truck on the internet, e-mailed the dealership and was promptly answered. Mike Wingard did a great job of making everything go smoothly through the buying process, the reason for only 4 stars is and was promptly answered. Sub-par dealership with horrible customer service. Probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. Drove from over an hour away and had an appointment, vehicle was given to guy who had arrived five minutes before with no appointment, (they told me this from over an hour away and had an appointment, vehicle was given to guy who had arrived five minutes before with no appointment, (they told me this and told me it’s because of their first come first serve policy) sat in the lobby for an hour while they did the other guys paper work. Coming from 3+ hours away, Kyle Jonsson made it pretty easy for us. We negotiated the trade over the phone, which at times can be tough when you don't see eye to eye with valuations. Coming from that distance, it's an investment in time and emotions when a family member is anticipating a new vehicle. I'll be truthful, the whole time I was waiting for the other shoe to drop and something to be not like they told me it would be over the phone. That never happened, everyone at Speedway/Main Street did what they said they would. Follow up after the sale was great and they even took care of a few small things after the sale. Kyle personally saw to it that we were happy when we were done. We ended with a great price on a new Jeep, fair trade on our Toyota and my wife is happy with her new Jeep. We may be back when it's time for a new RAM for me. Thanks! More

He made us the deal we were looking for on the vehicle we were looking for, all over the phone. All we had to do was drive up there, sign the paperwork, and drive home in our new vehicle. Couldn't get much easier than that! He even called us a few days later just to make sure we didn't have any questions and that the vehicle met our expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Ask for Kyle, he won't let you down. More
On 06/13/20, I called Mike to schedule an appointment to see a Jeep Wrangler. I was told there was a lot of interest in the vehicle. I arrived 30 minutes early from out of town (45 minutes away) and was tol see a Jeep Wrangler. I was told there was a lot of interest in the vehicle. I arrived 30 minutes early from out of town (45 minutes away) and was told another couple was possibly buying the Jeep. After speaking with another sales man and telling him we were very interested in buying the Jeep, he told us to go grab lunch or hang out in the area and they would call us to tell us if that sale was finalized or not. After waiting an hour, I wanted to go back to make sure I hadn't missed something. When I arrived back at the dealership, I again called before entering the building (covid-19 stuff). A saleswoman told me to come in and that the Jeep was still available. When I walked in I saw Mike, the person I was supposed to meet with, chatting with another family. He stands up and says I tried calling you and I left you a voicemail. I check my phone and I had no missed calls and no voicemails. Mike says, they (the family he was speaking) want the vehicle. I tell Mike I didn't get a phone call or voice mail. Another sales person asks us to take a seat in the waiting area. We sit down and I check my phone again and now I had a voice mail showing but again NO missed calls. I received the voicemail approximately 7 minutes before I arrived back at the dealership and called. Mike comes over to my wife and I in the waiting area and stated he was sorry but he couldn't tell the other family no because they were Mexican and thought they would think they weren't getting the Jeep because they were Mexican. He could have easily explained to that family that my wife and I had already been there an hour earlier and expressed interest and were next in line, or even told me sorry but you weren't here and we didn't hear back fast enough... I would have been more understanding. But MIKE told me he was going to work with the other family because HE was afraid to tell them no because HE thought they would blame him for not doing business with them because they were Mexican.....I will never do business with them. The other salespeople I spoke with were respectful. More
You dealership has gone dow hill. I have been a customer for 20 plus years. The service department is rude and messy. You don't take of problem that we had with the car we purchased from day one. I will be going somewhere else to buy any vehicles. Also went in for oil change and you didn't even do it. Sorry business. I will be telling everybody not to purchase or have service with you!!!!!
