I arrived a couple minutes early went to Lane 1 as instructed for my maintenance appointment. Was told to go to lane 3 meanwhile other cars came to lane.1 and were waited on before me. when I finally instructed for my maintenance appointment. Was told to go to lane 3 meanwhile other cars came to lane.1 and were waited on before me. when I finally was addressed in lane 3, they said I was in the wrong lane and I should’ve been in 1 I was there before my appointment while people came after 9 o’clock and were serviced before me.
