Very bad experience dealing with the service advisors at this dealership. Took a whole month to get my part ordered since at first the advisor (Emilio Maltos) never ordered the part on my first interaction this dealership. Took a whole month to get my part ordered since at first the advisor (Emilio Maltos) never ordered the part on my first interaction with him in mid February and the service was done in late March. Very unprofessional and I won’t be doing business with dealership anymore! More

Lee was the best ecause he went the extra mile. At first, the mechinic could not find the starting problem that I had experienced with my Yaris, but he double checked and found the problem which g At first, the mechinic could not find the starting problem that I had experienced with my Yaris, but he double checked and found the problem which got fixed! Had to wait a bit to get checked in for a 12:30 appt, but once I did, the service advisor (Lee), let me know the approximate duration of the wait. I asked if I could get out by 3, he noted he would do everyt once I did, the service advisor (Lee), let me know the approximate duration of the wait. I asked if I could get out by 3, he noted he would do everything he could to get all the service done by then, but would definitely get me out by 3, as I needed to pick up my daughter. He came and found me at 2:45 and sent me on my way. Definitely went out of his way to make sure my request was honored. More
