I contacted dealer 3 times for a simple price on a chevy Tahoe. I spoke to a manager that said he will call me 9am the following morning I never heard from him.I called 2 more times and was told a manager w Tahoe. I live in Ohio and found a Bmw car that MajorWorld posted on Cars.com. I called and was transferred to talk with Savvas, one of the Sales managers there. From the start to finish, even though we were unabl on Cars.com. I called and was transferred to talk with Savvas, one of the Sales managers there. From the start to finish, even though we were unable to reach the deal at the end, Savvas was very helpful and supportive in getting me all the information about the car including carfax, many more new pictures, video clip of the engine's sound so that I can make the purchase decision since I was so far away. He even went extra miles and had the car inspected by the BMW dealer service department and had them fix some of the minor issues since it was still under warranty and forwarded me the repairs paper from BMW dealer service dept to proof that the car is now have clean bill of health. Savvas also helped out with the financing and that also went well. I read some of the past negative comments and I have to say that your suggestions and comments are working. I guess the management hearing them loud and clear and they are seriously committed to customer satisfaction. In my case, Savvas deserved a kudos on this effort. Thanks again. More
