Do not take your vehicle here to Manchester Nissan. I took it in to fix a recall and when I picked it up, two electrical things were not working. They took no responsibility for it either. By far the WORST dealership out there. Bought my Ford By far the WORST dealership out there. Bought my Ford Expedition from them last year. After one month, I brought it back to them because the brake By far the WORST dealership out there. Bought my Ford Expedition from them last year. After one month, I brought it back to them because the brakes constantly squeaked & there was a loud pounding noise every time I turned the wheel all the way to either side. Fought with them over a span of 3 months, finally they realized that they had put my brakes on BACKWARDS! Tried to tell me that the pounding noise was a feature of the vehicle to let me know the wheel doesn't turn anymore. After bringing it to a Ford dealership and confirming that was NOT even a real thing and YES there is an issue with my vehicle I tried calling to make an appointment and my calls were never returned. Then the a/c, heat, defroster stopped working... The Service Manager Matt claimed their phone system was a mess and that was his reasoning for the poor customer service and lack of return calls. My husband ended up just showing up down there with the vehicle to get it fixed. Not even a full week later the SAME TWO problems occurring AGAIN! We didn't even bother trying to call - my husband just showed up down there again. Matt made it seem like they would get right on the issue, but that was quite the load of crap to appease my husband. 3 days later we had heard NOTHING so my husband tried calling. One of the guys in the service department told him that they had sent my vehicle off to Ford to be fixed and he would have Matt call him back. BIG SURPRISE Matt NEVER called him back, so once again he drives down there to SEE MY TRUCK SITTING IN THE SAME SPOT AS WHEN IT WAS DROPPED OFF!!! It was never sent to Ford! Matt tells my husband they are bringing it Friday morning and he will absolutely call him by Friday evening with an update. Here we are, Monday morning.... think Matt could take 10 seconds out of his day to return a phone call? NOPE! That must be the fault of their poor phone system as well though, right?! We have been in this tiny rental for almost a week tomorrow, with ZERO communication from Manchester City Nissan, unless we physically drive there - but even at that they BS their way through and provide ZERO assistance! I find it hysterical that Matt asked me to remove my poor reviews on Google and Facebook after the first interaction where he was "going to make it right" SO GLAD I left them up and have found further platforms to alert potential buyers to STAY AWAY! You will have NOTHING but trouble!!! I wish I could transfer my warranty to a different dealership so we didn't have to deal with them but they won't allow it! Do yourself a favor & chose a different dealership! More
Most demeaning rude service department history. Had a service engine light pop up after emmissions testing. P052B. Has to do with cold store intake, can shaft, position, over xxxxxxxx, bank 1. Looked it up service engine light pop up after emmissions testing. P052B. Has to do with cold store intake, can shaft, position, over xxxxxxxx, bank 1. Looked it up on internet and found this is something that occurs in Nissan's. When I called the service dept because I am a woman , he said he never heard of it before and would have to look at it Understand that but he would not continue the dialogue ad to what I found out. This is a 2016 Rogue. I went there before with my husband with me and still talked down to me and wanted to nickel and dime me for everything. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN More

Go elsewhere for service unless you like RUST I had brake issues and brought my car in. I was told I needed a complete brake job which I assumed was the case. I asked if they would match another I had brake issues and brought my car in. I was told I needed a complete brake job which I assumed was the case. I asked if they would match another Nissan dealers service coupon and they agreed. The replacement parts were supposed to be the Nissan Value Advantage parts. All 4 wheels required rotors and pads. Its been 2 months since the work was completed and all 4 rotors look like they had been sitting in salt water as they are all rusted. Makes the Altima look real nice on a bright sunny day as the rust stands out nicely through the alloy wheels. I am so glad I wasted $650.00 to have this crap installed on the car only for me to have them replaced in the spring. I was told that is the way they are supposed to be......... REALLY They need to rewrite their comments about PREMIUM QUALITY. Nissan Value Advantage is a line of parts sold by Nissan aimed to compete with the aftermarket parts companies. These parts are tested and validated by Nissan Engineers for fit, form, and function to ensure a premium quality product More

This review was for DECOMIER NISSAN not MANCHESTER CITY NISSAN Most of us has had to go through the arduous process of purchasing a new or used car. The hours of researching, test driving, finally narrowing it down, and ultimately making the purchase. What I'm here to talk about is after the handshake. You bring home your prized possession and as you all know then come the mechanical problems... yes I had them. Decormier Nissan answered the call on numerous occasions. They are absolutely amazing. My hats off to Josh Squires, Jon the service manager, Helder, Sal, and rest of the service crew for making it easy for me during the difficult times of having your vehicle serviced. We hear about the horrors of dealer services not honoring warranties or making you jump through hoops to get your vehicle repaired etc etc. Not here!! Decormier you came through many times!!! I can recall one time I was near the border of Canada when my vehicle suddenly ran hot. I called Decormier Nissan service dept. they first asked me was I safe and the service manager Jon told me there's a Nissan near you. I took it there and Jon kept in communication with me throughout the process. Jon called that Nissan dealer which was Mike Barney Nissan near Buffalo, NY and set up the repairs with them. Decormier took care of ALL the costs. My vehicle was repaired and I was able to continue to my trip into Canada. The second time was an intermitting issue with my vehicle staying in park. They took vehicle in and I received a phone call from the owner asking if he can personally take the vehicle out to see if he recreate the problem. Imagine that the owner calling me...after several weeks they got the problem to recreate and fixed the problem. Meanwhile I was supplied with a loaner so that I was not stranded. I ended up buying a second vehicle from Decormier. While I was purchasing that vehicle I had more repairs done to my first vehicle. (Josh Squires handled this issue and wow I was impressed with his attention to my needs!!!) So I'm a single person that means I needed someone to bring me back to Decormier to pick up my 1st vehicle but however some parts wasn't available so I had to wait several days. They supplied me with a loaner vehicle again so I wouldn't have to bum a ride from someone to pick up that vehicle. There are more incidents I could write about but I think you understand. The question is will I buy a third car from Decormier? I'll loudly exclaim YES, YES, and YES!!! I truly believe in After The Handshake... More
