Whoever the service manager Tom is needs to work on how he speaks with the general public. I own a 2019 Honda Accord with an open recall… I was notified of this recall over a year ago by my insurance compa he speaks with the general public. I own a 2019 Honda Accord with an open recall… I was notified of this recall over a year ago by my insurance company. I’ve been told by the dealership I need to wait for letters from Honda, which I’ve received all three my car is currently experiencing issues related to the recall, this service manager me was rude to me and acted as if I was a child on the telephone. This recall is because cars catch fire and other major problems. He seems not to terrify burn down alive in my car. I’m hoping that my car can be fixed considering what I’ve paid on it. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they can’t get parts for a major problem, but they can pump out and sell brand new cars to other people Selling 2019 Honda Accord with the open recall to new people. Watch out buyer beware!!!!! I’ll be filing a complaint with Honda on Monday, but I wanted to come here and let other people know the issues I’ve had with this dealership. The only nice kind person that I’ve dealt with so far is a lady named Caroline. Thanks for being the one good person I’ve spoken with so far. And trying to do something to help me. I’d love to have a conversation with the owner, Jonathan Tom says to find another dealership he called me back to berate me further and hang up on me again while I was typing this. Wow just wow told me to find another dealership maybe that’s what you should do as well! More
I visited the store to get more information on CRV Sport Hybrid Touring, on the first instance i felt the sale agent did not knew why i came.. while booking appointment they took all the information require Hybrid Touring, on the first instance i felt the sale agent did not knew why i came.. while booking appointment they took all the information required , sales agent shud have the complete information of the customer whom he is going to attend. i visited Toyota Dealership on the same day and found a contrasting experience. The sales agent exactly knew why i came...he initiated the conversation appropriately. While my conversation with Kelvin started with him asking me what i was looking for , it was fine ...some of the agents may not have complete information....he took me to his desk which was not tidy ....he was so cold and rigid...indirectly telling my why i have visited the store...he showed me the same thing which i could see online...did not put any effort to explain any thing ...i see a comment made by another user 4 months back in google reviews, abt kelvins behaviour.....but i dont see any difference ...such agents needs to be trained before putting them to work. Kelvin was just silent all the time... just answering any questions....contrast to how sales agents was sharing their knowledge at toyota ...at toyota, the agent not only provided me all the information but also showed me different models , had an interaction with store manager and discussed on various offers , at toyota dealership.. i did not knew how i spent 1Hr 30 mins...while here at manchester honda i have spent hardly 15 mins....such a cold and rigid behaviour will not help the store in any way... There will be huge impact on sales if you want to maintain such low standards ..visit toyota store and understand how to deal with customers...even if they charge me more i will go with toyota than buy some thing at this dealership. The sales agents name is - Kelvin Quinones... he needs to be trained on how to handle customers effectively.,...just asking customers why they came to the store if all the information they are looking for is available online was awkward. He did not had any thing to share, his dressing was not professional as a sales agent would be expected to wear... not to mention the desk was not clean. There is a reason why we mostly see hoffman or liberty honda cars in manchester.... if you want to grow ...work on the feedback... i dont want a response that says we will take your feedback seriously and we work on the feedback ....some one commented abt kelvin 4 months back on his unfriendly behaviour....i had the same experience today ...nothing really changed.....it gives us a feeling that you just want a cheap untrained labour to manage the store and you give least importance to customer experience.... For others reading the review... do visit other stores and then take a decision ....quality of sales agent matters a lot ....i will not be visiting this store again... More
Professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Taught us about the crvs we were looking at and helped us to pick the one with everything we needed/wanted. Highly recommend this dealership. Called to schedule recall service. Was told earliest they could schedule that was Jan 2024. When I asked if I should wait that long for a recall, he stated “ I didn’t say that”. But at Was told earliest they could schedule that was Jan 2024. When I asked if I should wait that long for a recall, he stated “ I didn’t say that”. But at same time he didn’t tell me not to wait, only that he would schedule me for Jan. Recall has to do with brakes. He was rude and very condescending. I will never do business with them ever. More
Scam!! My daughter brought in my Civic for a slow tire leak, she was advised by Tech Stephen Everitt, it needed a new TPMS sensor because it was leaking. Anyone who knows anything about cars should know leak, she was advised by Tech Stephen Everitt, it needed a new TPMS sensor because it was leaking. Anyone who knows anything about cars should know that TPMS sensors have a rubber grommet around its threaded neck that seals inside the tire rim to prevent air leaks but the service dept. would make very little money on that simple repair and therefore, it’s much easier to BS the customer into paying $190.00 plus tax for an “Aftermarket” sensor that comes with new parts. It seems to be common practice to lie to female customers who don’t know any better. I told her to refuse the repair and bring the car back home and I’ll fix it myself! More

The tires were never rotated, the oil change was standard, and, at 40,000 miles they took advantage of her and supposedly changed her brake fluid. I have never heard of such a thing. I have never owned a vehicle that required changing brake fluid and probably never will. It is a closed hydropic system and should not prefer need changing. The people that make commission on ripping off uneducated people disgusts me. I am sure this review does not make any difference to the greediness of the dealership but it makes a difference to me. My daughter called their service department to get a quote to mount and balance 4 new tires she purchased and perform a 4 wheel alignment. She received a voicemail from “Gayle” who quoted her $25.00 per quote to mount and balance 4 new tires she purchased and perform a 4 wheel alignment. She received a voicemail from “Gayle” who quoted her $25.00 per tire for mounting and balancing, $8.00 per tire disposal fee and $99.00 for the alignment for a total of $231.00 plus sales tax for a grand total of $245.67. What a RIPOFF! None of the shops she contacted was charging anywhere near $8.00 for disposal. To add insult to injury, “Gayle” said she needed to drop off the car because they had a “Skeleton” crew. My daughter can’t be without a car for a day (or longer) She’s an essential employee. I feel Manchester Honda Service tried to take advantage of her by grossly overcharging for a simple service that doesn’t cost that much anyplace else. And to think she bought the car from there. INSULTING!! More
There should be "no charge" for your maintenance checklist I went for B-1 maintenance and you did an oil change and tire rotation which was fine. The checklist was just a "LOOK-SEE" I'm sure. YOU had the audac I went for B-1 maintenance and you did an oil change and tire rotation which was fine. The checklist was just a "LOOK-SEE" I'm sure. YOU had the audacity to charge me $173. WHAT A RIP OFF. To add to the travesty, the mechanic Jim DID NOT RESET maintenance code so I returned to the parking lot and went in to get him. When he was in the car he didn't even understand what he had to do. It was a HIT-OR-MISS process. What a joke. My car had 8600 miles when all this happened. The checklist items that should be done without charge: inspect brakes.....inspect tierods, gear box/boots....suspension. Exhaust and fuel lines isn't necessary. Actually, the whole list is probably an unnecessary "look-see" and a joke at this point. Oh, and I finally got the "FREE" car wash. You wont see me again any time soon. And I'm informing lots of my friends of your extremely high price for just looking at stuff. More
