Gary Smith is a wonderful salesperson: honest and he knows lots about Subaru's! He sold us both our 2013 BRZ and our 2013 XV Crosstrek. My husband and I had decided on the BRZ when we talked to Gary about it, and we thought we would be getting a dark grey model; however, a red 2013 became available at Manchester Subaru and Gary was able to get it for us. We are extremely pleased with it: highway mileage is great and the handling is superb. We had bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from another dealer in New Hampshire--what a mistake! They did not only charge us an exorbitant amount of money for the 2010 model but they also did not offer the type of honesty that we found at Manchester Subaru. I brought the 2010 Forester to Manchester Subaru, they bought it from us and we happily bought the 2013 XV Crosstrek for less than we paid for the 2010 Forester. I would also like to mention and thank the owner, Todd Berkowitz, for his honesty and kindness in dealing with us. We have had the Service Department install wheel locks and a remote starter on the Crosstrek and were very pleased with the service and the time it took for the installation. All in all, we have recommended Manchester Subaru to all our friends, and if you are reading this, please take it as the highest recommendation we could give: 5 Stars!

Before buying at Manchester Subaru I went to most of the other Subaru dealers closer to me (I'm in Dracut ma) then I went to Manchester Subaru, their pricing was better and they offered more for my trade in (an 08 wrx) than all the other dealers. As far as the salesman I dealt with, Joey Lebranch was the best I've ever encountered. He didnt try to twist my arm to take something I didn't want and didnt play the high pressure game I strongly suggest you go to Manchester Subaru and work with Joey Lebranch for your next vehicle

I came to the dealership a while ago and did not have the best of credit at the time. Aaron took the time to still work with me even after I explained to him that I did not have the best credit and may not be able to get a loan. He worked with me finding me the right car that would be within what I could afford monthly, Keeping in mind as he explained the rate may not be the lowest. Him and Todd (The Owner) worked on this and got me into a New Impreza Sedan. I don't think I would have had the chance to get into a car like this if it was not for Aaron and Todd, They took the time to research exactly what I needed and could get. I was in shock when they came and told me that I was approved at around 5% with no money down and with credit that had me getting denied everywhere else, Except buy here pay here's. I had been to several dealerships before this and once I mentioned that I may not have the best credit no one would really take the time to work with me unless I filled a application for credit out first. I almost gave up on trying to get a new vehicle and would have ended up with a buy here pay here car, That would have been a 100,000 mile car with high interest and problems I would have to fix more often than not. I would recommend this dealership to everyone as I have since I bought my new car. Thanks to Aaron and Todd I have a new car that I will not have to fix all the time and at a price I can afford and not pay thousands in interest on. I have been back several times to the dealership for service and the service department was great as well. They even cleaned my car and vacuumed the interior just because I brought it in for a Oil Change.

Having visited 3 dealerships in Manchester looking for a new car,sick and tired of the usual bargaining sales price ritual, which usually occurs
in these cases, I visited Manchester Subaru shopping for a new car
I met the sales representative Steve Willis who was surprisingly no pressure and easy to deal with in the entire negotiating process.
I was then introduced to the manager Bob Broyer who was very candid and helpful in closing the deal. Thanks guys....

I would like to tell you about a recent car buying experience that my wife and I found truly
out of the ordinary. As usual we did our homework and were about as well prepared as could be
expected. We then braced ourselves for the stressful back and forth interchange, number
crunching, shell game that we knew was coming.

We did our due diligence and visited multiple dealers and then we received a call from Jack
Berkowitz of Manchester Subaru in response to our query about our trade-in. Because of a
prior issue I had with the service department there, I had not even considered visiting them.
Jack and I had a very truthful and frank discussion, perhaps with me doing more talking and
him doing more listening.

Jack convinced me that Manchester Subaru was doing everything to offer customers the very
best in a car owning experience from purchase through the life of the vehicle. Jack assured
me that the dealership heard and listened to customers, and that they had made critical changes
to address customer issues. Jack also provided both my wife and I something that I can only
call an "out of body" car buying experience. To state it succinctly, it was simply amazing!
According to Jack, however, our experience is simply what he does because he values each and
every customer.

To be sure each and every new car buying experience will be different. One thing Manchester
Subaru and especially Jack Berkowitz strive to achieve is that your experience with them is
the best that a car buying experience could be.

Literally the best car buying experience I've ever had! Jack and Todd are beyond amazing to work with. They gave me a great deal on my car and a very fair price for my trade. Very laid back, not high pressure like other experiences I've had with other dealers. To top it off, Jack delivered my car to my workplace 50 miles from the dealership! I don't know any other dealership that offers that level of customer service. I VERY highly recommend Manchester Subaru to anyone looking for a great car buying experience and a very high level of customer service.

This is the best Subaru dealership to buy a car from. I searched for and visited various Dealership in my local zip code, but none of them were really serious about making a deal take place. Originally did not consider, based on how far away they are from my home, but no worries, they deliver! Jack is excellent, first time I ever dealt with a Car Sales person that was a "Person". He really cares about his customers, and made the process amazingly simple. My recommendation, don't make a deal until you check with Manchester Subaru. Thanks Jack!!
