I waited for the right vehicle, at the right time, right price, right dealership with the right leadership. I'd been without a car by choice for over 6 months. In the past, I'd been mishandled by a dealership who ruined my trust. I was dedicated to a life filled with Uber rides and was doing well. However, as business owner, I needed a vehicle. Jeremy listened to me and kept in touch. I'd never crossed the San Rafael bridge or been to Marin. I was prepared to walk away if one thing smelled funny. My only issue was that I had my vehicle in for the 45,000-mile service just a few weeks before receiving a mailer stating that I needed an immediate battery replacement based on that visit. Luis never mentioned that during the service—he only advised that I needed an alignment, which I had done. It would have been much more convenient to know about the battery at that time so I could have taken care of both services in a single visit. More
