I just took delivery of my new Ford Bronco from Marin County Ford, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. John Preston (GM) went above and beyond helping me with the build and ordering process — and gave me a fantastic price. Jason Rosetti (Parts Manager) was a huge help sourcing aftermarket parts and making sure everything I wanted was available and ready to go. Glenn Ross (Sales Consultant) kept me in the loop every step of the way, updating me on shipping and even texting photos as soon as the Bronco came off the transport truck (he knew how excited I was!). Just a genuinely great guy to work with. Big shout-out to the service team, who handled my cat-back exhaust and Ford Performance Tune installs in record time so I could get behind the wheel right away — the work was flawless. And finally, Choy Saechao (Finance Manager) saved me another 1.5% on my financing compared to my credit union and had me in and out of F&I faster than I thought possible. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole Marin County Ford team. The dealership made all the difference — professional, transparent, and truly customer-focused. It seemed that it took a very long time 2. 5 hours to perform routine maintenance. They did not perform tire rotation because of not having correct tool.
