I thought the oil change was a little pricey at $35. I will probably take my soul some place different for the next oil changed. I love my Soul, and will probably trade it for a 2013 model. I recently took my car into the Kia Service department for an oil change. While the cost can't be beat, only $10! I was disappointed by the lack of personalized attention. This was a nice gesture, but I was hoping to actually speak with someone and have the opportunity to ask questions about the necessity of replacing/repairing these items. More

I went in for tint to be done on my new vehicle and to have the back seat handle to be fixed. We called Mark Kia after not being so happy with the service at Big Bell Kia(which had changed to Earnhardt Kia. I originally bought my 2008 Kia Rio at Big Bell and had never had a problem with the serv service at Big Bell Kia(which had changed to Earnhardt Kia. I originally bought my 2008 Kia Rio at Big Bell and had never had a problem with the service. It wasn't the same this time at Earnhardt Kia. They did wash my car free of charge, but even with a 10a.m. appointment, I was there until 12pm for the sealant to be put on my car). My experience at Mark Kia was excellent! I will be bringing my car there for any service I will need in the future. Considering I live in Yuma, Arizona and that there is a Kia dealer in my home town, this speaks volumes about Mark Kia.
