I had a warranty claim for my Honda Accord. Part was ordered and they never called me. I call 1 month after to see if the part ever came in and they said they sent it back because I never responded. I have no record of any phone call on my cell phone. I called back and spoke with a Jason in service and he said the Service Manager would get in contact with me. What do you know, no phone call again. Now I have a Honda Accord where I could have had a repair on my car under the warranty and now I will have to pay for if I want to get it fixed.
