Well still waiting for reimbursement for towing. My car overheated on a very cold day. I had to pay for towing and they wouldn't give it to me unless they could tell it was their fault. Well they didn't tighten the hose on the heat exchanger they replaced and there was no coolant. After driving a half our I had to pull over. Ridiculous They should have cut me a check right there.now I'm waiting for my $290.00. I should mention that I just had gotten my car back after they had it for over 30 days. I then had to pay for my own rental. The repair took forever and all I kept getting was dur to the strike, there were no parts. Mentally trying to stay on top of everything was exhausting. To top it off, all that time my radio l/information screen had to be replaced. They had it, but had to send it back. Ridiculous that they had my car for all that time and couldn't manage a day to get it installed. I went to the Chevy collision. They sent my car to the dealer for the heat exchanger. Why couldn't they have sent it to the dealer for one day while they were waiting on parts and no work was being done that day. Now I will have to leave my car with them again one day to replace the radio. Just a lot of inconveniences. More
