When this dealership recently switched over, the service really suffered. I had an oil change back in April and just found out they “forgot” to put a crusher washer back on - resulting in my oil leaking for really suffered. I had an oil change back in April and just found out they “forgot” to put a crusher washer back on - resulting in my oil leaking for 4 months. Hopefully everything is going to be okay (Did I mention I waited almost 2 hours and all they did was put it on and add oil?). Also - when I got home I noticed on my paperwork, “complimentary vacuum and wash.” Second time they said this when I went in for service but second time they most certainly did not vacuum my car. Not even sure what that’s about. More
I can't say enough about this dealership. My lease was up so I turned in my rogue and pickup. I sat with Adam and Wally and both were super nice. I ended up leasing the Rougue for my wife and My lease was up so I turned in my rogue and pickup. I sat with Adam and Wally and both were super nice. I ended up leasing the Rougue for my wife and bought the pickup for myself this was the best experience I ever had at a dealership The best part was there was no pressure. I knew one of the fuses in my car was failed. I took the car there only for finding out the problem. They charged me 2 hours to find the electrical issue. They just replaced the blown fuse withou I took the car there only for finding out the problem. They charged me 2 hours to find the electrical issue. They just replaced the blown fuse without finding the root problem (didn't look for the reason). I few days later the same fuse blew again. I made a new appointment, took the car there to find out the reason. They waisted 3 hours of my time to find out why my engine light is on, but didn't even look into the fuse issue. More
Did not rotate my tires and I can proof they did not. We back to let them finish the job. They still let me wait for a hour. Sales associate was unprofessional but Trevor who helped with financing made up for it. I would purchase a car again from Bernardi, I wouldn’t recommend Thiago for the sales portion though. with financing made up for it.
