We have never had a problem with service there but this time I waited 20 minutes to be greeted by anyone and then the service person had no idea what I was there for( oil change w/appt. and early by 5 minu time I waited 20 minutes to be greeted by anyone and then the service person had no idea what I was there for( oil change w/appt. and early by 5 minutes) Apparently computers down and lack of staff. Too 3 hours. Now if I’d been told when I arrived I would have come back another day. Was told 90 minutes, which is too long but three hours ( tired not even rotated; will do when I bring back for recall:which I will call before I arrive so I don’t have to wait so long! More
