My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
I would not and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The prices are not great and i personally wouldn't mind paying a little extra for a friendly staff, but that was not the case. i called after two weeks about my plates/registration, and i talked to Gio and he said they haven't come in yet, although my registration was going to expire. so now, i run the risk of driving with an expired registration. even though he said they would pay for the ticket, i do not want to take time out of MY schedule to go into court and deal with it. there was absolutely no apology, no common courtesy. i was a first time car buyer and my friends all recently graduated, some of them looking to buy cars, and i will not recommend this place to them. i was not at all impressed by this dealership and its customer service. i have never felt so disrespected and belittled.

My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
I have to say that although I am surprised by the negative reviews for this Dealer. I purchased a used car from dealer who gave me a fantastic price on a vehicle, even added certain extras for us that they did not have to since they gave us such a great price. Rodney my salesman was great!!! And Gio my finance person was really friendly. Also I fealt good becuase there were lots of other families like mine purchasing vehicles from them that day. I would absolutely recommend the dealership to friends and family. Sometimes you get what you give. Just remember as a customer it pays to be friendly and courteous....

My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
Wrote a negative review the other day because I had problems with the service dept. mechanics. However, when I picked up my car I drove home and found that the panel lights did not work. I called service and Teresa explained that maybe the mechanic didn't hook up the wire right when he changed the ignition lock. I took car in that day and Theresa immediately had them look at it and fix the wire. I was out of there within 10 minutes of arriving. They apologized and were very efficient. Theresa, the manager, was excellent in her service - even offered to give me a ride home if they had to keep the car. Much better experience the second time and Theresa was very helpful, efficient and professional.

My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
I brought my vehicle in for a small leak in the coolant. Drove fine until I brought it in and then service guy said key wouldn't turn on. It was fine a minute before. Had to leave it 2 days for a part. Picked up my car and drove it home. Took it out that night to find that the panel lights were off. They also were fine before I took it in. I called service and they were very aloof. They said so bring it back. I have a job and do not live in that area. Although the car drives fine, until I brought it to you for service, I will never buy another Sonata from your showroom. It is not convenient for service and most of all the manager was very nice, but one of the mechanics was very sarcastic. I sent my nephew and brother there for a car so I am very disappointed in the attitude. I buy a car about every 2 or 3 years, but I will go to another dealership for the same kind of car.

My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
Your service department has let me down to many times and
for no apparent reason . I am very upset with the service department, every time I come there it is a problem that is so simple yet I am always told that it is fixed and when I pick up my car it is not fixed and the apology is just not accepted I don't like to waste time going back and forth to the dealership
I had an experience just the other day I wrote what I needed fixed and of course I was told it was nothing wrong and when I got to the service department the truck was still not working properly after I was told come and get it cause it is fixed that was friday and now the truck sits at the dealereship till monday so they can fix the problem Why do I have to wait again I drop my car off for a oil change only to go to another place to have it done cause it was not done after having the car for 8 hours and I was told it was done yet I checked the dip stick and the oil was black and low so I have to go elsewhere and have it done also had brakes check told it was fine yet after I left Ineed to go to another place to add brake fluid ????? and anti freeze to a truck after I was told you checked the truck out for me ??? WHY???????? I don't want you to lie to me but if you cannot fix the car then tell me that don"t lie to me Please don't make excuse just fix the car or tell a perosn (customer )you cannot fix it a nd let the customer know I expect the dealership(service department to do a trust worthy job not that I will have to go back to check the work I am not an auto tech I rely on the service department to correct what is wrong.

My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
Bought my Sonata here 2 years ago. Alhtough the sales people were nice enough, I walked away feelin gcheated on price (my fault, I know). I should have gone elsewhere, these people list prices way too high to start with , and then put on the pressure really hard. THe real problem was that not a month later, my parked car was hit in the parking garage- not enough to dent, but enough to scratch the paint. Instead of scratched paint, however, an entire section of paint about 4 inces high by 6 inches wide came off. Took it to my body shop, where they told me this car had had work done, and that the bumper should have been replaced. Of course I had asked about this before buying, and they promised me that no such thing had happened. my body shop also showed me other telltale signs work had been done, so Maxon either did it themselves (most likely), or at least knew about it and lied. I took the car back, and they refused to replace the bumper. Don't trust these people- they are slimy.

My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
First of all, this was my first buying experience. George was a great salesperson, but he is now gone. Luis was AWFUL!!! Anthony (head sales manager) is great.
I bought my car and George surprised me with a wind deflector on my moonroof. However, the door guards were not put on. I was told by Luis "too bad, service is closing in 5 minutes and can't do it, you have to come back". I hadn't even signed the paperwork yet and he was treating me like crap! Mind you, they had 16 hours to get the car in perfect shape for me. Well I fought like Hell and they put on the door guards, which took about 2 minutes to do.
I drove the car off the lot and was very happy with my price.
Anyway, the next morning, after the car was parked in a garage overnight (no other cars near it), I noticed a license plate mark on the back bumper. I promptly called the dealer and George said to bring it in and they can fix it. Well, Luis threw a fit, said I was lying and did it myself and there was no way he would fix it. My fiance fought with him for an hour. Luis yelled and screamed and was very insulting and derogatory. He gave me touch up paint as a consolation. Well I get home and it is the WRONG COLOR PAINT. I bought a black car, it was Silver paint. Now I had silver paint on my 2 day old Black Mazda 6. Finally, we contacted the head sales manager Anthony. He is amazing. He fixed it, I got a loaner for 2 days at no charge and he apologized for Luis.
2 weeks later, my plates came in and no one called me. I called them. When I went there, they were less than helpful. I waited for 30 minutes for the paperwork. Finally, a salesman put my plates on and he was great (forgot his name).
Although Anthony was great and so was George, I will never buy another car from Maxon. Luis is a big jerk and treats you like you are the scum of the world. He should be fired and never allowed to ever work with people again.

My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
To many problems. Always need an appointment. I don't like having to wait all day. There prices are higher than other Hyundai Dealers. I go out to get what I need for my car to much of a problem waiting for them to come to the counter. I waited approximately 10 minutes just to purchase brake pads for the front of my car. and they were almost 10 dollars more than the other two places I called. Not very fond of this place.

My Review of Maxon Hyundai-Mazda:
Left standing in Service office for service minutes as several workers discussed other item unrelated to automobiles. My car was finish and I was not told , I went searching for invoice so I might leave.<br>I was told the manager, he would call me either way with &quot;recall update&quot; to my vehicle due to Mazda's computer service down, never received call. I called them back and found luckly no recall on my vehicle. I am going to try another dealer for my future services.<br>Also, left hood of my vehicle with greasy hand prints.
