Not once did I feel pressured to purchase or do anything I wasn't comfortable with. They worked with my third party financing and didn't make me feel guilty about going with someone other than Ford finance. The managers were all smiles and they worked with me to find a price I liked. I had brought in a vehicle from another dealership I felt was similar.
