But when it was time to find a truck, we tried the "truck dealers" and were sorely disappointed by their tactics and customer service. One email to Joel Montijo, the web sales guru at Mazda City, and I had a trusted advocate that I know would listen to my needs, and could help find what I was looking for. When a likely prospect came into another dealership in the Tom Bush family, Joel secured it and brought it across town to his lot and had it ready to try out when we arrived. Our F250 is the perfect fit for us! "Mazda City" for a truck? Yes! The whole team at Mazda City is warm, responsive, helpful, and you never feel pressured. I would be amiss to forget to say thanks also to Steve the GM, Victor for the assist with finishing up the paperwork, Luis for another blessedly quick F&I, and John, co-salesman on our 3rd Mazda, and welcomed us back. They are professionals, courteous, and sincere. Its nice to see a team work together like they do. Bonus, Joel is very text friendly! There were no surprise add-ons, options, or exorbitant fees. He even emailed me the quote. Very personable but also extremely professional. It was for this reason the we drove from Tampa to Jacksonville to purchase the vehicle. Would definitely recommend Lee Goldinger, if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

In doing an internet search, I found this truck at Mazda City in Orange Park. I picked up the phone and spoke with Aaron. He made some verifying phone calls and immediately called back. We agreed to meet after work to look at the truck. He was knowledgeable about the truck's features, was patient with all the questions, and listened to our concerns about financing.
