I had called in advance and they had the car sitting there waiting for me to go for a test drive and the 2011 CX-9 had some imperfections but drove like a dream. Mark, Curt and I worked out the details and they didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time like so many other dealerships had done in the past. Part of the deal was to make sure that those imperfections had been taken care of. They were determined to make sure I was happy and Jerry made sure that everything was up to my standards after everything had been fixed. All in all, I will be going there for my next car and probably most of he cars to come for my family. Not only was the sales group great and the service top notch, the also had the lowest price for what I was looking for in all of Central Florida. I even looked at other states to compare and still, no other dealer could beat the price for the quality. More

Car Sale and service I purchased a car from here and June 2016. However I also got the bumper to bumper warranty on the car. So I discovered I was having a issues with my I purchased a car from here and June 2016. However I also got the bumper to bumper warranty on the car. So I discovered I was having a issues with my heat and return to the dealership. Not o was promised that my oil would be changed free when I came in goebit and my full car was covered under the warranty. However sense I return I have gotten nothing but the run around from this place. Please think twice before you purchase from this dealer. More
160 point inspection was not done I purchased a 2014 Miata from Ed Morse Lakeland on October 31, 2016 and was assured that because it was CERTIFIED, the 160 point inspection meant the I purchased a 2014 Miata from Ed Morse Lakeland on October 31, 2016 and was assured that because it was CERTIFIED, the 160 point inspection meant the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and I had nothing to worry about. A week later there was a rattle in the dash so I stopped in the Ed Morse Port Richey dealership because it's closer to home and Hector, their service advisor took a genuine interest and before I knew it had investigated under the hood and all around the car. What he found was the windshield wiper fluid bone dry, the battery did not look right, concern the brake fluid was darker than normal and most concerning a CD jammed in the player. The 160 point inspection was marked all these things had been inspected. Obviously not. It also says at the bottom of the signature page it is required to be signed by a service manager. It is not. Ed Morse Port Richey set me up with a loaner and kept my car for a week. I now have peace of mind it has been inspected top to bottom, has a brand new audio unit, new battery, rattle is gone, and thanks to Chris with Mazda Corp who also got involved, the brake fluid will be replaced as a courtesy. I asked Jerry Monroe if he could tell me if my vehicle was precertified since I purchased it 10/2014 from an Audi dealership as a trade-in. I got conflicting information in the past, but he was able to confirm that it was because he put me in touch with Gary Parson. I liked that Jerry reviewed what I had been told and took the time to find out once and for all if my car was covered. I am very appreciative that "he went the extra mile" for me. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

WHEN I WALKED UP TO THE ED MORSE DEALERSHIP I WAS GREETED OUTSIDE BY TONY AND I IMMEDIATELY FELT RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE. THINGS COULDN'T HAVE GONE MORE SMOOTHLY. The technicians always are willing to spend a while discussing an issue and explaining exactly why a repair is needed or how an issue may have occurred. The technicians know the mx5 inside and out and I wouldn't trust any old mechanic to work on mine. They always remember me by name and make me feel very welcome. The sales team are also a group of great people. Never pressuring or aggressive. I actually love hanging around the sales floor and talking Mazda with the employees while my car is being serviced. Every single employee from the receptionist to the sales team to the techs and everyone in between are very personable and know how to treat customers. More
