Most of all she listened to what I was looking for and managed to get me the deal I wanted. Not just Lynn but everyone I interacted with were extremely friendly, professional and not "pushy" at all. The primary reason I went back to this dealership was due to excellent customer service Lynn provided me previously and this time was no exception. The whole process of buying was very efficient and pleasant. I know that most Mazda dealers would have given me the same deal as I got for my CX5 but having great customer service experience there during my previous purchase with Lynn is was what tipped the scale in their favor. I walked onto the lot just to see what they had to offer and ended up going on a test drive in a 2017 Mazda 3 hatchback. The salesperson ,Carmen, was able to get me a great deal on my trade in, and a lease payment that was lower than I was even requesting. Then I needed to leave and I was really expecting them to put on the high pressure tactics, but even the manager was polite and made sure that I was comfortable and able to stay confident the entire time. I came back later that night and drove off with a fantastic car that was less expensive than I had planned. I was so impressed by the service and professionalism that I brought my wife in a few months later when she needed a new car. We got the same fantastic level of customer service again and when my mother needs a new car, I'm bringing her to Mazda of Gladstone. I would recommend, to anyone looking for a new or used car, to visit Mazda of Gladstone first, so you don't have to deal with the classic car-salespeople. More

Lynn Sanchez was my sales lady throughout the process, and I give her high credit for the whole duration. She's very friendly, outgoing, and very clear in explaining to me the details of the 2018 Mazda 3 that I ended up leasing. You hear all of the time about dealerships, and that the industry has such a bad name through all of the feedback, but this was never the case. Lynn did a great job of educating me on the car, and I was able to take it on a fun drive to help ask questions as to what I was looking for. There was no pressure, and instead, more of an opportunity to learn about the vehicle with ease. On top of this, the team surrounding Lynn was very laid back which I was easily able to relate to. It really takes that pressure off as you are able to connect with the rest of the team, and so that part of the relationship being built comes with high praise. The process did take a while, as that comes with the expectation of purchasing a new vehicle, but I felt like the time flew. As I was finalizing my lease, it was nice to know that I had a trusted team to turn to in the event that I were to have issues with the vehicle. Mazda offers a great warranty package and so that was reassuring as I came to understand that this was simply the right move on my end financially as well. I highly recommend Mazda in Gladstone to help you find what you're looking for. Lynn did a tremendous job and I'm happy to have met her, along with the team at Mazda! A+! More
