As a business owner that works in the sales industry and marketing .. I have to give a round of applause and give Cesar his Flowers… this Gentleman from the moment I inquired on my vehicle gives me a call w marketing .. I have to give a round of applause and give Cesar his Flowers… this Gentleman from the moment I inquired on my vehicle gives me a call within 2 minutes of putting in my information within 10 minutes I had a FULL video and walk around of the vehicle I was inquiring on and 10 minutes after that I had a FULL breakdown of all the numbers and information I needed to make an informed decision in my research phase of buying a car … unfortunately I live out of state so I’m not in Florida I have not visited the dealership in person but if this dealership is anything close to a reflection of Cesar’s attentiveness & work ethic they WILL be earning my business whenever I decide to pull the trigger on buying a car .. Sold me a car that broke down in under 10 minutes. Bad sensor and frion leak. Told me they had no idea how that could be possible. He also told me that when I took the car off the lot it was perfectly fine so I must have done something to it in the first 10minutes I’ve had it. My husband and I went to this location to “just” look at Cx30 and Cx5. We were not expecting to speak with anyone or even step foot inside the dealership. We were upfront with him and our decision about only doing our due diligence in research! He was so kind and professional. He immediately offered us a test ride on whatever I wanted in the lot. (Mind you I was at Lexus WPB the previous day and it was not the same experience). He gladly went inside and grabbed the keys and let me take two cars for a spin. He even let me take the vehicles on i95 to feel what it would be like on the hwy since I drive to Orlando weekly. Edwin’s positive attributes consist of being easy going, knowledgeable, attentive, professional and fun. We both look forward to purchasing a vehicle with him in the next few weeks!!
