I simply cannot say enough about my experience with Mazda of Roswell and Aaron Gillison (internet sales). My experience from the very first contact was totally awesome. Aaron went above and beyond what I ev of Roswell and Aaron Gillison (internet sales). My experience from the very first contact was totally awesome. Aaron went above and beyond what I even expected from a car dealer. He understood I was comparing various cars and was very much a devoted Toyota owner. He was absolutely prompt on responding to my e-mails (I surely sent enough!!)He made me feel like I was the only person buying a car. At NO TIME did I ever feel pressured or intimidated, and I have at other dealers. I felt more like part of the Mazda family, everyone was awesome!! I did my research on cars, dealerships and Sales and I have to say, Mazda of Roswell earned my respect and I look forward to a long relationship with them. Oh well Toyota! As for the car I purchased, I got a Mazda3 hatchback and absolutely LOVE IT!! I commute over 100 miles a day and have been blown away with the gas milage. I am consistantly getting 40-45mpg. The car has been a joy and alot of fun to drive. Awesome get-up and Go....Mazda knows their stuff. More

Would not even consider it. There is no excuse for this. No interest in good customer relationship. I certainly wasn't asking for much. WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK! More

Add in Mac in finance and the experience was a great one overall. Now about those xxxx t shirts. I will recommend these guys to others and when the time comes would return to this dealership again. We have bought 3 cars (one for each member of the family) from Mazda of Roswell and each experience has been extremely positive to the point that we have let friends know the rewards of working with this par from Mazda of Roswell and each experience has been extremely positive to the point that we have let friends know the rewards of working with this particular dealership and staff. The service departmentis excellent. We love the schedule of maintenance provided because it lets you know when the maintenance is required and the cost involved. Today I had my MazdaSpeed Miata serviced for a cam timing belt...they promised the car by late afternoon but had it ready by 3 o'clock. Runs like a Swiss watch. Hats off to Corey McAtee as he is a great mechanic and very knowledgable. Jonathan Handman/Service Rep was extremly thorough and very customer service oriented. More

My wife had been dreaming about Mazda CX7 for a year and she did not care about details while I was concerned about engine, features and price. Aaron did a great job listening to us and explaining differenc she did not care about details while I was concerned about engine, features and price. Aaron did a great job listening to us and explaining differences between iSport and sTouring which I was considering. He was not trying to sell what they had at the moment but really cared about our preferences. He did a test drive for us driving the car and showing us what the car can do. That was amazing! Finally he gave us a price no other Mazda dealer in the area could give. The car was delivered in time as Aaron promised. I am really happy we met Aaron. I would recommend him to anyone! More
I recently bought a 2011 Mazda CX7 from Roswell Mazda and could not be happier with my decision to buy a Mazda CX7 or to buy it from Roswell Mazda. I had done my internet resarch and had approached (via emai could not be happier with my decision to buy a Mazda CX7 or to buy it from Roswell Mazda. I had done my internet resarch and had approached (via email) multiple dealerships for quotes as I do not have much time to spend visiting different showrooms. Aaron was incredibly prompt, easy to work with and very professional-I at no time felt like I was being "sand bagged" or pressured into buying "his" car which is more than I can say for the majority of dealerships I had contacted. From the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I drove off the lot in my CX7, I was very impressed with the professional and courteous attitues of everyone at Roswell Mazda. Aaron is incredibly professional as well as personable from the day I sent my first inquiry and since purchasing the car. I highly recommend Aaron Gillison as well as Roswell Mazda to anyone in the market for a new car! My only complaint is that I was not sent the survey from Mazda USA to be able to share this information with them! More
I'm not your typical car buyer. I work in the business as a market researcher for a top automotive internet company and have personally interviewed hundreds of dealers. I have bought and serviced several Maz a market researcher for a top automotive internet company and have personally interviewed hundreds of dealers. I have bought and serviced several Mazda vehicles from Mazda of Roswell for a reason--they're great to work with. I just purchased a new CX-9 from Aaron Gilleson, the Internet Sales Manager, and couldn't be happier. I got a great price right off the bat and a great value on my trade. Aaron is one of the best in the business--he's low-key, helpful, and extremely knowledgable about Mazdas. Most people don't know that he's the top Internet Sales Managers in the southeast, which is even more impressive given that they're not a mega-dealership. If you're planning to buy a Mazda and you live in the southest, you'll want to give Aaron a call. More
I bought my second new Mazda in 5 years from this dealer. There was no way Mazda of Roswell was going to match the 2001 special-edition package that my son was looking at in his private sale so it was easy for Aaron to hand out some valuable quick advice to my son on what to look for in that situation - Aaron knows his Mazdas far beyond what is on the lot & on the floor. That got me thinking...I came away with the idea that maybe now was the last, best time in my life to own a 2-seat sports car. While I'm still not too old to be able to sink myself through the doorway & into the seat, I mean. :-) So I looked at this, that & the other - decided that the MX5 was what I was going to target. I checked out private sales, the used-car lots & even went out with Aaron on a test drive of one of their used MX5's from the Mazda of Roswell lot. All the usual pre-sales investigations. Just about the time that I was getting ready to buy one of the nicest used MX5's in their front row, Aaron let me know that 2011 MX5s (and other models) were available for $0 down, 0% for 5 years and 90 days until first payment was due. That doesn't happen on the MX5 very often, so I became a buyer on terms like those! FWIW I got the price I wanted without fighting tooth-and-nail for it. Maybe I set it too high, maybe Mazda had incentives to the dealer that I never saw, not sure, YMMV. It was a _really good_ deal and I don't spend time thinking that maybe I could have done better & driven them lower. I waited a few months before writing this review just to make sure that things were going to work out in terms of my buying experience. I can report that all is well and I am a happy customer. I re-read my other review on this site & I can report that all the things I said after buying my 3 five years ago are still true. I notice that some other customers had experiences that weren't as satisfying as mine - sorry to hear it. I hope this answers the "why" I bought my second new Mazda from this dealer. I genuinely like doing business with them. I like the product, looking forward to the new Kodo-styled models with the Sky powertrain. Mazda of America sent me a Holiday greeting card, so did Mazda of Roswell. They were corporate-generated cards, I know, but still - is this the kind of behavior that you should expect form the 4th or 5th largest Japanese car maker with a presence in the US market? In Mazda's case, yes it is. So cool. That is one more reason why I own their product - they get what I am about and pay attention, no matter how small, to showing their customers respect for purchasing their products. More
My overall new vehicle buying experience was very satisfactory and great!!! Doesn't have to go through typical dealership marketing jargon and sales pitch . Aaron offered me a price that was very com satisfactory and great!!! Doesn't have to go through typical dealership marketing jargon and sales pitch . Aaron offered me a price that was very competitive compared to any other dealership that I interacted in Atlanta area , Florida , Tennesse and Alabama states. Aaron is a very friendly person and I always felt that he walks the talk. I started my vehicle shopping through internet and later visited dealerships in-person after shortlisting based on the price and level of interaction. My in-person experience at Mazda of Roswell was 1000 times better than I had at other dealership in the Atlanta area. I had a bad experience at the other dealer ( not interested to name the dealer) such as racial sattires and forcing to sign crazy documents to get the sale price. My personal recommendation to prospective buyers after my recent experience with vehicle purchase is, start shopping by inquiring the price through internet , which will definitely save you good amount of bucks , time and avoids unnecessary haggling with the sales folks at the dealership. I'm gonna recommend my friends to this dealership and specifically Aaron for their next mazda shopping. Guess what? I pulled my friend to this dealership , who was also shopping for Mazda CX-9 and we both picked the same vehicle with the same color and specs at the same time. :) More
