This dealership was outstanding! As a single professional woman at a car dealership, I have never been treated with such respect! They were knowledgable, professional and absolutely no pressure sales. They were able to work with a complicated financial situation and find a quality car within my budget. My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:

WOW!! After dealing with Honda for 11 years and numerous auto shops, I was absolutely amazed at the friendly and kind, personal interactions I had with 2 of the actual technicians! At Honda I never got to speak with anyone that worked on my car.
My approximately 30 minute wait was also 10 minutes! I used to spend half a day at Honda for an oil change.
Personable and efficient !

My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:

It was a pleasure to work with Aaron! He is by far the most knowledgeable sales person we have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond in helping us set up the navigation and blue tooth in the car!! (We drove from Alabama to Roswell for this car and needed help navigating the expressways for our return trip) Even took the time to program the driver's seat to our key chains for both my husband and I. Took time to explain more than we'll ever remember and even said to call him if later we had any questions about what he went over with us. I would recommend Aaron to anyone wanting to purchase a car and would go back to him in a hear beat for another car! Everyone in the dealership was helpful and friendly.

My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:

We went to Mazda of Roswell for the 2014 Mazda CX-5.
Aaron showed us everything about the car with his comprehensive knowledge and enthusiastic passion.
Before we went to Mazda of Roswell, we emailed each other back and forth for few details.
He is really nice and professional in the sense of "approaches to you without making you feel too aggressive".
I definitely recommend Aaron.

My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:

Went in to LOOK at a SL500 and once the sales person found out he wasn't going to make a sale became very rude. Louis was my sales person and I wouldn't recommend anyone go see him or this dealership. I was told I was "all over the place" and that I "had an attitude" because I give them the sale. Then as I was leaving Louis proceeded to tell me he was glad I "enjoyed my joy ride." This was the most horrible experience I've ever had when looking at a car. I have driven luxury and will never visit a non-luxury dealership again.

My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:

My sons car needed some extensive repairs after he hit a curb and flattened 2 tires. We had it towed to Mazda of Roswell and they were so helpful from the very start. There was some underlying damage that was not visible so they even suggested we contact our insurance company to see if any of the repairs would be covered. They had the car for over a week due to the fact that some parts had to be ordered but they kept me in the loop the whole time. They even contacted me to let me know the insurance adjuster had been there to look at the car. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional and friendly.

My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:

Very friendly and professional staff. I am on my second Mazda with this dealer and preparing to purchase a third. They have done an excellent job of keeping my cars healthy and on the road.

The sales staff is professional and not "high pressure". They seem to be committed to finding the car that is the best fit for the customer.

My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:

I purchased my used Mazda6 from another dealership, who knew nothing about Mazda products. I came to this dealership with a rattle under the car and a broken center console latch. They quickly fixed the rattle and ordered the console part needed. Brandon went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered,then set me up with Aaron who went over the set up and use of my bluetooth. This was extremely helpful as I did not receive an owner's manual. This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a service department, and look forward to a long future with them. Thank you all so much.

My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:

Aaron was by far the most knowledgeable sales rep I've ever dealt with. I called him up on a Mazda CX-9. We agreed on the price and I showed up on the lot. Everything went smooth and even though I had my mind made up on a CX-9 prior to meeting Aaron he blew me away with how much he knew about every aspect of the vehicle. Most sales people seem to regurgitate the features back to you. Aaron knows every feature on the car, how it operates, why Mazda uses it, etc. This is the guy to see if you ever want a new vehicle.
