I couldn't ask for a better service manager than Jonathan Hardman. He and his team (Allen!) have always gone the extra mile for me, and they've done so with positive attitudes and quality work. I feel like they treat my vehicle's needs as if they owned it. They're always keeping me involved with the discovery, estimate, and repair cost and time. They make me feel like I'm a partner in the process, which I greatly appreciate. I would rate this dealership as the most satisfying I've ever had regarding car repair, and having owned 10 cars or so in my 44 years, I've been to many throughout several states. I highly recommend Mazda of Roswell. More

I am new to the Atlanta metro-area and I went to Mazda of Roswell for routine maintained on our 2005 RX-8. I had made an appointment, and when I told the service rep, Jonathan, I was here for my 8:30 appoin Roswell for routine maintained on our 2005 RX-8. What I need was done in a timely manner and I was out the door after a short wait. During my waiting time the service manager even stoped by to introduce himself. From the inital contact to the final p[ay out, all the staff I came incontact with, were open and friendly,and the place was super clean. Mazda of Roswell will now be my official Mazda service center. More

Both Kirk and Brandon in sales were very helpful and didn't rip me off by trying to sell me filters that weren't necessary. I have been getting my 05' RX-8 serviced at Mazda of Roswell for the last five years. I have always had good experiences with the Service Department there. I only let Corey work on my car, he does exact Roswell for the last five years. I have always had good experiences with the Service Department there. As long as I own this car I will only let Mazda of Roswell work on my car. I have been to other dealers and they always mess something up or forget to do something. I was able to schedule an service appointment the same day I called. The service tech didn't even write up a service ticket. Recently I had an issue with my vehicle while coming in to work. I headed straight to the dealer to see if they could assist. They were able to take me right in and get the issue resolved in about 1 hour to work. I headed straight to the dealer to see if they could assist. Previously I have visited this dealer and for basic maintenance as well as warranty/recall work. Each time they have taken care of the situation, and even provided a loaner vehicle when they were not able to complete the work within a day. In that situation, they thought they would be able to complete the work, and told me to expect to have my vehicle at the end of the day. When they realized they could rush and possibly get my car to me, or they could not rush and be sure that they did the work properly, they called to set me up in a loaner car so I could get home that evening and back the next day. They did the work and I appreciate their efforts to get it done right the first time, even if it took a little longer. More

As often as he can, he offers me service options that can save me a little money, but is always clear about the difference in those options and how they could impact future performance of my vehicle. A lot of my friends think I'm crazy for taking my car to a dealer for service, but it makes all the sense in the world when you KNOW you can trust them and you know they aren't going to take advantage of you. About two months ago I took my wife's car to another service center (had a coupon...) and they told me I needed new break pads and that they could do it right away. Of course I was skeptical, but I got a quote. We were planning on taking a trip a few weeks later, so we took the car to Corey right away to let him look it over. He showed me that the car did NOT need new pads immediately and explained that we'd be fine to make our trip and take care of the new pads at the next service. Sure, it only delayed the pads about 5,000 miles, but if you add that up over years of driving, that's big bucks! This dealership, and Corey in particular, really understand the idea of customer service and how important it is to repeat business. When the quality of my car is in question, I'm taking it to Corey. And I'm pretty sure my next car is going to be a Mazda! I'm not sure what kind of trouble they have to go to in order to provide such great service, but Corey and the rest of the team make it seem like it's really easy and just second nature. More

I actually live in NY. I drove from NY to GA and had a little trouble during my drive down. I brought my car into Mazda of Roswell and they looked over my car and determined that I had numerous problems little trouble during my drive down. They showed me all the problems and showed me the parts in question and provided me with detailed information on how they were going to take care of my car. I am home in NY now and my Mazda is running well. What makes this service special is that I am not going to become a repeat customer and yet they saw the situation I was in and took excellent care of my vehicle knowing full well that I would not be coming back. I only wish that my dealership in NY took the time to provide me with the care that I received at Mazda of Roswell. After the service I received, I no longer feel that I am getting the service at my dealership. Mazda of Roswell is by far the best dealership/service I have ever encountered. I only wish I could be a repeat customer. They exhibit a high level of professionalism, quality and service mechanics who know what they are doing. Thanks again Jonathan and Corey!! More

He will even take extra time just to explain features on the car that were not explained at purchase. His attitude is always positive and reassuring. Making the not so pleasurable aspect of car service much more pleasant. I can't imagine going any where else for service no matter what car I drive. I just leased my second Mazda here mainly due to the great service department. More
