I liked his Honesty and was not Pushy This was my husband and myself second visit. Jonathan Lakritz was our sales consultant both times. The first time we were only looking and the second time we visited we leased a car. Johnathan took his time with us and he did not push us into purchasing something that we didn't want or need. He answered all our questions. Even when we finally brought the car he took his time to show us how to use the features on the car. It seemed as though he would have stayed with us all night if we wanted him to. He was very good and I believe he truly cared which is very rare these days. You could tell that he love what he was doing. More

No good deals, doesn't now what rights buyers have in NYS We already had a written quote and terms from Bay Ridge Maxda. We tried to get them disclose lease items as required by NYS Law (Motor Vehicle Retail We already had a written quote and terms from Bay Ridge Maxda. We tried to get them disclose lease items as required by NYS Law (Motor Vehicle Retail Leasing Act (MVRLA)), the salesperson wouldn't because it was too much work and he needed permission from the manager. After we insisted and threatened to leave then we got that information. After about 2 hours of going over the lease terms to make sure we weren't getting taken advantage of, we finally agreed to the lease except for the motor vehicle fee. We said Bay Ridge Mazda would cover that fee but Mazda of Valley stream can't because they were losing money on the deal. Finally as we were about to walk out, the manager came out and said that they would cover the fee. Why should it take almost 3 hours to get a deal where Bay Ridge Mazda would give you as you walk in? I should have gone to Bay Ridge Mazda. More
