Service was on time. But after I paid they couldn't find my car key. It took 35 plus minutes to locate it. They said it was accidentally picked up by a technician. Exceptional Service and Follow-through I was visiting the Tri-Cities and had an untimely and rare transmission issue with my 2015 CX-5. I called McCurley and had my car towed into the shop I was visiting the Tri-Cities and had an untimely and rare transmission issue with my 2015 CX-5. I called McCurley and had my car towed into the shop. Anibal "Nemo" not only managed the issue promply and perfectly, but also set me up with a new loaner car to use. Knowing the repair would take some time and I live and work 200 miles from the dealership- he offered that I could return at my conveniece to retrieve my car. Although I know this issue was covered under warranty, I can't tell you the peace of mind this level of service provided. I would definitely recommend McCurley to anyone looking to purchase or service a Mazda. More
Terrible !!!! I had my Mazda in their shop for over 2 months back in 2016. It had a lot of issues, not at the fault of McCurley, as I did not purchase it there. A I had my Mazda in their shop for over 2 months back in 2016. It had a lot of issues, not at the fault of McCurley, as I did not purchase it there. At that time one of the issues with my car, there were several, was that it needed a battery. I received my car back into my possession in March of 2016. Well they are now telling me that my battery went out of warranty in January....I did not even have the car in January, it was in their shop. Go figure. I am sorry but I find that completely dishonest. If I did not get the car back until March, why would it be Jan???? Seriously, NEVER again McCurley. Very distasteful and dishonest. Especially because you put a WAY overpriced battery in my car in the first place. More

I brought in my 2003 Mazda Protege for an oil change, but didn’t know I’d be leaving with a new car. My Protege was getting up there in miles, and I knew I had to look into getting a new car soon. I had a very good experience dealing with Samuel Perry, and he was very knowledgeable with Mazda’s. He was also very professional and answered any questions I had. Overall, I had a very good experience testing out and purchasing my new car, and I am excited to own a 2017 Mazda 3 that’s a beautiful candy apple red! Thank You! Rhonda Vocht More
