I was able to test drive several cars in a short period of time. Paul Foco pointed out the vehicle that I purchased! This by far has been the best experience I have had when buying a new vehicle. I have purchased 8 cars in my life and have never gotten service and a salesperson that were so friendly, so helpful, so outgo buying a new vehicle. Rod (the salespeson) listened to what I told him I wanted and delivered that product and more. He also spoke to me as a female buying the car and not to the male friend I asked to accompany me. He never once ignored me or made me feel that I was not the buyer. I have struggled in the past with salespeople not wanting to deal with me because I am female or they think I dont know what I am talking about. I always do my homework before entering a dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I give Rod Chefalo, the salesperson, Paul Foco, Finance Dept and the Mc Donald dealership the highest marks. From start to finish, it was a very positive and pleasing experience. More

Art met me at the door the first time I came to the dealership to inquire about a possible new car. He went out of his way to show me many possible options. Needless to say, I have been back to purchase other vehicles from McDonald's in large part because of Art's professionalism and help not only with the sale, but follow-up and service after the sale. In fact, as my vehicle needs have changed over the years, I have purchased several vehicles including a cadillac Deville and 3 different GMC trucks from Art and McDonald's Cadillac, GMC.
